Very good building. Room was as advertised - spacious and well maintained. Clean and quiet. Fast elevators. Not noisy in mornings.
To improve:
- replace towels automatically. Slow response when requested towels after housekeeping took old ones.
- improve late check out service- I called front desk & discussed, but still charged a fee. This is why I will not return- seems petty.
- please manage noise and loitering immediately outside hotel building doors
