Very happy with the service. Front desk is super friendly and very accommodating. Room is spacious and clean, with smart home features. We were so comfortable that we extended another night here. Totally would recommend.

located at the 16th floor of a building. from airport take line 3 change to line 10 and get out from guangyinqiao station exit 3. toward uniqlo shop area to (bai yue xin building 百业兴大厦). the receptionist is friendly, fast check in and check out. room is spacious, clean as well as the wash room. bring your own amenities. day time will be noisy from the street as the window can't close tightly. surrounding with shops and restaurants. few tourist spots nearby.

Location: 5 stars, 3 minutes to Guanyinqiao subway station, 10 minutes to Guanyinqiao Food Street.
Cleanliness: 5 stars, new hotel, very new designers. The air conditioning is strong enough.
Service: Good
Soundproofing: 0 points. I could hear noises from other rooms almost every day, and even the sound of the aunties dancing in the square downstairs. It's a non-smoking hotel, but I can still smell cigarette smoke.
The flushing of the toilet is very strange. As soon as you sit on it, it flushes. It is unhygienic.
The water pressure in the bathroom was adequate but the hot water supply was erratic.
The hotel provides washing machines and dryers which is a plus.
