房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，設施齊全。辦理入住時升級了華住會會員等級，前台送了小零食禮包。早餐有現做的麪、抄手等。酒店位置在地鐵口附近，出行比較方便。衹是洗漱台的水龍頭水壓太大，打開水龍頭一不小心就會弄得洗面盆周圍都是水，這個有點兒糟糕，其他都很好。

一進房間就是這樣的糖果🍬紙在地上，前台那幾個工作人員，真的很難吐槽，不知道用什麼語言才能形容你們那個智商和那個操作流程，死板和無腦，耽誤很多時間都沒有搞明白入住的客服，那個態度就是一副上班工資照樣拿，客人愛住不住的態度，混工資也不是這種態度吧，不缺錢上什麼班呢？業務不熟悉死腦筋，桔子起碼也是連鎖，對上班的人一點基本素質要求都沒有的嗎？？？

感謝攜程一直能尊重我的住店體驗，和理解我作為客户私隱被侵犯、權利遭踐踏、情緒被壓抑的客觀事實。
我是一名遊客，在此店本下單一晚住宿，到店辦卡包含兩張早餐券。後因行程安排，又下了一單，早上出門第一次續卡，沒有給我餐券（後得知同時續卡也沒有成功）。
在外遊玩時，前台電話讓我退房，我表示奇怪，明明已經續卡。
晚歸回店又操作一次續卡，也沒有給我餐券。至此，我以為自己續訂的沒有早餐。
次日上午，覺得不對勁，我在攜程第一單上點擊的是原房續訂，但此時我已經點過外賣，吃完飯了。
我電話前台詢問，前台開始為自己工作行為的不一致找各種理由。
理由之一是，不需要餐券就能吃飯。
好的，那為什麼：
1. 第一訂單還要給我餐券
2. 早餐餐廳門口有專人收券
我説你沒有給我券，我也沒有早餐。
酒店開始跟我強調跟攜程之間的合作各種運營路數，話裏話外也有你自己不問不去吃我們管不着的口氣。
我説能退你就退，不能就算了。
開始説要給我升級華住會會員，我説我用不着…至此快中午了，我説午休一會要離店了，咱就不扯了，就按照你説的來，升級，我休息一會晚一會離店，這事兒能不能結束。
好精彩的來了！藉口要升級，到房間來，要拍照我手機上的訂單，把我攜程上的訂單給刪除！悄悄刪除！！在我面前眼花繚亂地翻訂單記錄，然後就這麼沒有邊界的、毫無法律意識地刪！除！ （此時的我傻傻還不知道）
我就這麼無知的無感信任，後面警察來查詢，酒店死不承認，問我要證據？我？！是的，我蠢，用信任感開門交出自己的手機給這家酒店的工作人員，誰曾想到她要刪除我的訂單？！
更精彩地是，我離店辦手續的時候，她又藉口要我手機拍照，又企圖刪除我的第二個訂單，我遠遠看見屏幕不對勁的時候，突然警惕地要回了手機，才知道我的第一個訂單被刪，當時問她，你刪我訂單幹嘛？我想她不是第一次幹這事兒了，風平浪靜不承認。
後來我和攜程客服溝通才知道，那時訂單還沒完全結束，是刪除不了的，我才有這個機會，在這裏留下事實真相。
各位，希望大家不要入住此酒店，不值得！不安全！
