Superb hotel with extremely spacious rooms and view over the city. The location is good, central near Mountain City Park. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, very good communication. Definitely recommend!

The building is a bit difficult to find, but search for riverside n° 1 is a really high building, reception is on 6th floor (they contacted us prior to check-in)
We got the Nostalgia room
Looks a bit smaller than on the pictures. View is amazing, bed comfortable, smart toilet is funny.
The staff is amazing 👏, the laundry service is free of charge ( watch out because clothes are washed and dried all together and high temperatures)
Staff solves all problems by wechat, and it's a young and proactive staff. Totally recommend it
Room needs a bit of maintenance.

This was such a fun room, it made me so happy! The girls on the front desk were so friendly and helpful, and always responded instantly when I asked something over WeChat. They even helped me do my laundry for free! The room itself was comfortable and I loved the bath. I was worried being on level 5 would mean a bad view, but it was still a great view of the bridge.

Highly, highly recommend!! The ambiance is fantastic, the facilities are comprehensive, it's spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent. It's not far from major attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. The service is incredibly attentive; they proactively confirmed the hotel address before check-in and thoughtfully recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes. The service was truly exceptional, highly recommend!!

The room was quite comfortable, spacious, clean and the view of the Chongqing skyline was amazing. They apparently were kind enough to upgrade my room at the same cost. So, I felt very privileged. The staff was very helpful and kind :)
