Very nice apartment style hotel with everything u need including washing machine! Super near to the main city area within 5 minutes walk away. Comfortable and fair price, recommended to anyone who come to chongqing!

Free water is provided everyday. Clean hotel that is located near the shopping street. Fruitstallsl downstairs, convenience store and food nearby.The onlyy downside is thereares only 4 lifts so have to wait a little. And there is no shelter for boarding and alighting from taxi (no pickup point)

The location was fantastic, only a 10 minute wLk from Hongya Cave. Access was a little odd since it was in a mixed use building (some portions of the building were residential), so you have to ask the lobby reception and then call the actual hotel reception to fetch you (best to get a Chinese sim or have their WeChat ID to message them)
Amenities wise, the flat was nice, it just didn't have utensils or extra cups

A bit difficult to find the hotel. The pictures shown at trip.com are different from what I booked but overall the suite are still good as they install all the smart tech in that suite which are convenient to us as travellers

Terrible experience. I called the hotel many times & no response. The hotel lobby not located at 1st floor & we are cannot access the hotel without the access card

The picture of the building look was so different from the photo.
As hotel mentioned, yes the room was noisy because of the construction nearby.
Overall the room was good for family of 4 for a few nights stay.

The apartment is in an alley with no place for cars to off-load our luggage. The parking lot is hard to find, wet and dirty. The apartment is basically clean, but the walls and fittings are dented, scratched and not properly maintained. The lobby and elevators are old and broken.
The kitchen is useless! There is no microwave, no cooking utensils, and the stove doesn't work.
Basically, there is no service.

It's really nice to stay in this apartment hotel when I came to Chongqing on a business trip! As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was back home. The room was super large and bright. I could watch TV series in the room when I was tired of shopping at night. The atmosphere was great! The kitchen had a washing machine, a small refrigerator, and everything else. The bed was just the right hardness to sleep on without back pain. The important thing is that this suite is much better soundproofed than ordinary hotels, so I won't be disturbed by the noise outside in the morning. The bathroom was clean and ventilated without any strange smell, and the smart toilet was comfortable to use.
