We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options for Western tastes too. The staff made a great impression on us – Xiolan at the front desk made us feel truly welcome and at home, and everyone was very kind and helpful.
We also had a small issue with our online booking, but they replied right away and helped us sort it out in no time. We’d definitely choose this hotel again!

前台辦理入住很快，很熱情。前廳的小玉接待服務很細心，整個酒店寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，有事隨時隨地可以找到前台。每層樓也都有充電寶可以掃，很不錯。

優點：房間硬件設施還行，房間整體比較乾淨整齊。
缺點：洗烘機洗完衣服臭烘烘的，服務不太行。設定了客房網上點單送棉簽或者水啥的，但形同虛設，根本沒人理會。不像住其他家酒店都會積極響應給送過來

訂酒店之前就是打算訂連鎖的酒店，辦入住的時候才發現是一個很角落的房間，走廊盡頭而且挨着雜物間，之前有看到很多視頻説儘量不要住酒店走廊盡頭的房間，但是我想着連鎖的應該也沒什麼，反正就一晚上。結果，這個房間有雜音，而且外邊有房間一直在滴滴響，我是晚上十一點多回酒店，雜七雜八結束之後開始睡覺，睡覺就會很安靜了，空調除了有正常的聲響之外，還有呼呼的雜音，很響，而且我確認過很多次，開門就不響，關門就開始響，忍了半個小時忍不了了，給前台打電話，上來了一位前台説是空調本來的聲音。我就？？？是不是空調聲音正常人難道聽不出來嗎？後來前台幫我換了一個房間，還可以，除了正常空調風的聲音，其他聲音都沒有。總之很失望，我去最角落房間的時候明明看到有很多空房間，而且網上這個房型也沒有訂滿，衹給我安排最角落，為什麼呢？從來沒在平台差評過，這是第一次，很離譜
