The location of the hotel is excellent with a big shopping mall right below. It's walking distance to two metro lines. The staffs are very nice and they actually came down to level 1 to bring us up to level 9 where their recept office is located. Our room is on level 48 and the view outside were great. Will book the same hotel again if I will to go Chongqing again.

Despite it being difficult to find, my stay at Kerry was great!
The hotel is in this building called One Grand building. The reception is on the 9th floor. When we arrived, we had to ask the security where the hotel was and tried to navigate our way to the correct floor. Other than that, everything is perfect.
The room itself is huge! It has a living area sofa and coffee table, a kitchen with a bar top dining table and a washing machine. It's like an apartment (which we didn't expect).
The service is also good. Again, we used WeChat to contact the reception and their replies were always immediate (I don't know how they do it considering they have many guests). Most of the time, they accommodate our requests - more water, amenities etc - during our stay.
At checkout, they even gave us a small parting gift to show their appreciation. Overall, it was a good stay at Kerry!

Great location that is near the metro and many food options just below. Its confusing and hard to locate the hotel as it is on the 9th floor of a commercial building. You also have to change two lift to get to the room. Otherwise, the room is huge and even come with Dyson hair dryer!

Loved my stay here. Very convenient location, very comfy hotel room that looked just like the photos. The staff were able to assist me in accessing the gym on the 60th floor daily - it was magnificent! What a view!

Really nice room, excellent value. For those looking for a gym: access to a real 24 hour gym with barbells and other real weights, along with machines is included. Like an actual gym, not some hotel “gym”.
