房間環境一般，服務根本不值得入住
主要想講一下這個前台接待人員，出差中途一天退房，遺失在房間一個一萬元的手機，我再次入住時在前台詢問是否有這個手機，前台回答沒有，但是當時家裡人記得是放在房間裏面的，導致我跟家裡發生矛盾，在我第二次入住後，在房間裏面再次打電話，語氣特別強烈的詢問時，有報警傾向，前台才説有一個手機在前台，解釋是説手機電話打不通，但是喊我半夜12點多因為她的失誤，房間時間開錯了，可以給我打通了，喊我把25號凌晨的房費補交起，語氣趾高氣昂，意思是她的失誤補交半夜全價房費電話可以打通，還我手機電話就打不通了，真是流弊，一點沒有前台客服人員的素質，真是可笑，垃圾酒店，
希望酒店老闆看見能扣她績效，根本不合格作為一個前台客服人員

進房間第一感覺視野非常好，離高鐵站近，出站過一個馬路就到。樓下附近吃的也非常多，非常方便。酒店有免費自行車，傍晚去雙桂湖騎行了一圈，非常不錯，如果有空，真的建議去騎一下雙桂湖

酒店地理位置絕佳，出門就是高鐵，周邊餐飲購物配套齊全。前台服務熱情周到，基本要求都可以正常速度應答。房間基本乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果沒有很差。早餐種類豐富，中西結合，味道也很棒。下次來這個城市，一定還選這裏！

很滿意的一次住宿體驗，房間視線非常好，離高鐵站衹有一條馬路，岀行非常方便，還有免費的的洗衣服務，非常貼心，去了酒店附近的雙桂湖公園景色相當漂亮，強烈推薦👍👍👍

房間衞生真的太差了，床上還有蟲子，這就是當天晚上被蟲子咬之後，我們一家都被咬了！強烈要求大家要慎重考慮，多看看評論！當時酒店給我們弄錯房間，雖然後麪協調了，結果還是這麼老火！現在全身都是這個疙瘩，真心想要討個説法！

到梁平耍，訂的雲湖國際酒店，位置不錯，馬路對面就是梁平南站，毗鄰南站但是晚上睡覺也不會吵，蠻安靜的。房間比較大，兩米的大床房，房間設施齊備，乾淨整潔，有空氣凈化器也有配小冰箱。酒店的早餐比預期的好，豐富度和口味這些都能滿足我的早餐需求。
