I have stayed at other Vieanna hotel in China such as the one at Xi'an and Fuzhou, these 2 hotels are considered reasonably acceptable to international standard. On website it looks ok but not on physical site, the one I stayed max is 5floors meant to house tourist whereas the rest are residential units, waiting for lift is killing, they only hv 2 working lifts serving residential and hotel guests. Downstairs is just like hawkers makeshift store, on upper floor, one can sniff the cooking of food like hotpot and also clanking sound of pots and pans, rowdy talking loudly and it is irritating and noisy, I don't understand why they can cater such a place to run a hotel.

The room facilities are complete, but the soundproofing is not good, so it is noisy at night. There are no sandals in the bathroom for bathing. The room I booked online has an aisle window. It really lived up to its reputation. The room was very clean and hygienic, without any odor. The big bed was moderately soft and hard. It was very quiet and easy to park.
