訂單為運動房且已付款房費，結果凌晨12點入住時為普通雙人房，打前台電話被告知滿房，需要第二天向領導申請，後半小時發短訊告知有一大床房，1、凌晨短短半小時，為什麼滿房，後又有房？2、高價格運動房享受低價格普通標間？客人的錢可以隨便侵佔？3、為什麼半夜電話騷擾顧客，客人的私隱保護為零？

酒店還不錯，是出差住店的不二之選，房間非常的舒適，寬敞明亮，挺不錯的，前台的工作人員小范跟小秦的工作態度也很積極，正逢下雨天，酒店內還有雨傘可以借用，房間有沙發書桌之類的，平常辦公也很方便，另外酒店還配備有洗衣房，裏面洗衣液洗衣機烘乾機熨燙機應有盡有，還是很方便的

所有的寬融系酒店，我都熱愛喜歡！我愛酒店大方大氣如家的空間感。如家的另一面是寬融的服務，親切温馨，這個寬融交通便利，周邊敞亮，生活飲食方便。衞浴空間又時尚又實用，床品向五星級酒店對標，安然入睡。此地比鄰照母山森林公園，推薦一天的時間親近大自然氧吧……
提的小建議是：餐飲的項目提供是豐富的滿足的，餐飲口感上還是要大大提升一下的，廚師水平馬馬虎虎了

倉促之間找到這家入住，也衹住了一晚上。房間寬敞，硬件實用方便，酒店的早餐下午茶之類準備得很用心…前台熱情漂亮，可能要説唯一不足的就是路痴的話有點難找。
但是我沒給滿分是因為恰好我們入住有樓下還是樓上在裝修，入住就聽到巨大的聲音，諮詢了前台美女，可惜這個也沒辦法解決，第二天一早就開始噪音影響了。對於起的晚的來説影響巨大…不過這個也是時間性，裝修完了可能就不存在這個問題。

每次來都住的這個房間 有一個免費按摩椅可以用，還有一個很大的投影儀和會議桌 房間是很寬敞的，不管是卧室還是洗手間都很大，很符合我的入住要求，前台服務也很好，早餐是送餐入房的，自己選擇時間就可以了，入住期間需要多拿幾瓶礦泉水或者早餐的牛奶需要多送兩杯之類的前台也會很及時的送過來，感謝所有人的貼心服務
