After checking in, I found a big spider in the room😓The security guard came to see it but couldn't catch it. I asked the front desk if I could change to another room, but the front desk said the room was full. Because she had a child, she was scared. The front desk asked them to coordinate and take a look, but nothing happened! I called the front desk twice and didn't answer the phone! The service is really unflattering! Can you at least give me an answer? In the end, it will be nothing! Environmental hygiene is also average!

大露台 湖景房 能帶寵物 挺好的 旁邊餐廳油煙味很重飄到房間來了 隔壁房間被作為了婚房 很多人在走廊上説話6、7點就醒了 靜音不太好 早上吃飯的時候發現除了辦婚禮還有長者在酒店餐廳過80大壽 圖片配的去旁邊長壽湖露營的照片

在攜程上找到這家寵物友好酒店，位置離重慶長壽湖景區非常近，早晚漫步在林蔭路上，看着靜靜寬闊的湖面讓人舒心放鬆，這邊空氣新鮮，民宿設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務一流，提供的早餐豐富，還給入住的客人準備了休閑零食。酒店的魚莊飯菜可口，老闆熱情實在。總之一切都滿意極了。

酒店位置好，出門就可以進入非常成熟的街道，智能小度操控開關窗簾和空調，床上洗漱用品乾淨衞生，房間一進入後也沒有難聞的異味，難得的時提供三餐，而且菜品也很不錯，2葷2素一湯，小炒肉非常好吃，還有抄的青菜碎特別爽口，早餐品種豐富，特別是小包子都有幾種，（鹽菜醬肉包，鮮肉包，蔬菜包）好多年都不會在外面吃包子沒有忍住一樣吃了一個，一嘴一個超級美味，前台及酒店服務員服務態度超級好，有需求立馬解決，還免費給我們免費升級了客房，服務貼心。總之來墊江看花選擇入住這家酒店絕對會讓你驚喜。

1.隔音效果太差了，晚上睡不着，白天睡不醒，走廊或者是外面露台都是吵鬧的聲音真的很清楚就能聽到！2.睡了以後身上都癢得很，起紅疹子，很無語3.房間賊小，還説是40-50平米的，我們定的最豪華的，結果一進去最多20多平4.酒店位置不太好找，門口很小，還要去另外一家酒店前台去辦理，前台和房間的位置還要走一段路，價格和房間的整體差距有點大，不值當5.樓下又是酒店的餐飲店，一大股油煙味往上面沖，好濃啊，被薰的不行#WIFI速度很慢，還不如不聯網
