Excellent hotel at great location. We stayed there on our first trip to Chongqing and we were back again four months later to the same hotel. It has great breakfast, best views, excellent location and most of all very helpful staff especially Maverick at the reception desk. He checked us in very quickly and helped us throughout our stay. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location—close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. However, the service was disappointing. Service were not particularly impressed , and certain requests were ignored. Breakfast was not good value for money. O won’t be choosing this hotel for my next stay in Chongqing.

It's all about mindset. The staff don't really have the right mindset. Some of them have smoking smell

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff!! Beginning from front desk to room service and everybody has a smile for you! Great location, breakfast was excellent es well.
The Shua Restaurant with a really nice terrace was also fantastic! Sure, we will come back! Thanks for the nice stay!

We had a very pleasant experience from the moment we were processing our check-in. The front desk had a pleasant smile and was very accommodating with our requests. After our check out from the hotel,小易 also presented us with 2 greeting cards. The night view of the city was also spectacular from our rooms.
