在平台訂酒店這麼多年第一次差評，原因如下:1.首先，我訂的是如圖3的房間，看起來寬敞明亮，重點是寫的35平米，而我開始得到的是一個上下加起來我懷疑有沒有15平米的小閣樓，去前台説訊息不符，給的答案是我們這麼多年都是這樣的（也沒人像你這麼較勁）所有閣樓都是用圖3房間訊息，而圖片那個房間其實是我們的豪華房，沒有其他房間了，要不你退款去其他酒店。跨年夜，23點，帶着孩子，我****，後來我鬧起來勉強給換了個稍大點的2.衞生狀況如圖1，一切盡在不言中3.圖2，空調不制熱就算了，我凌晨1點把它關了，重點來了，早上6點多被關掉的空調的滴水水花濺到了臉上，把圖2枕頭那一塊弄濕了，還弄濕了一點放在床頭的衣物4.隔音是沒有的，樓下燒烤攤1點多還在吵鬧。槽點太多，自己品吧。什麼衞生噪音空調暫且不談，最不爽的就是房間圖文沒有一項符合的。希望去哪兒平台負起責任，給這種以次充好的商家相應懲罰！

網上掛的1.5米的床去了衹有1.2米 而且前台沒有説解決方案 問我們要不要退？晚上快12點了 我們去哪？沒有説別的 馬桶還有個煙頭 重來不在攜程差評 這個是真的沒法忍受。而且網上退房時間是2點 去店裡了又是1點了 説是網上的問題 這些事情是不是應該跟實際相符合 差評是真的 體驗感是真的不好

街邊2樓-吵，建築外觀可以，內飾很一般，陳舊不説，主要是沒有維護，牆面、窗户、浴室到處都有積灰，本來訂了兩晚，連夜跑路。
