Quiet environment and pristine accomodation with a good spread for buffet breakfast.
Staff attitude in general can be improved. Eg at check in, having patience when handling questions, politeness such as simple greetings.
Fixed temperature central aircon is an issue for us, it was too hot and both of us we had a bad nights sleep and managed to fall asleep only at 6am.
They extended our checkup till 3pm upon our genuine feedback.

The hygiene is very bad. First of all, the door was not closed when I entered the room. Then I went in to change clothes and someone came in. It turned out to be a staff. I was scared to death. Then I took a shower and there were hair and rubber bands on the wall of the alcove in the bathroom. This is speechless. The hair was not cleaned up. It is so big, shouldn't it be easy to see? The hotel is located next to Sunac Yule Town, and there is a bridge inside to walk into the park for 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The balcony room has no obstruction and a good view.
The room is spacious and has everything it should have. The service attitude is good.
There are two small problems. There are no garbage bags in the three trash cans in the room. I don’t know if it’s like this or if I forgot. No garbage bags were found in the room.
The bicycles are a bit old, and the cushions are missing, but they are still in use.
