Response from Property: 尊敬的顧客您好，您的兩個U型枕頭都是在前台這邊幫你保存着的喲，沒有幫你扔掉，您當時退房了之後忘了帶走了，您的枕頭放在了窗簾下面擋着了，您離店的時候可能沒有注意看到。您退房之後阿姨打掃房間時候發現了當時就告知了我們前台，我有幫您拿到前台保存，當下我們就想着直接聯繫您過來取回，可是當時您在我們這邊入住的時候讓您這邊加微信，您這邊也沒有微信，然後沒有加微信，因為你是外賓留的電話號碼，我們也聯繫不上。所以衹能拿在前台幫你保留等您這邊給我們打電話，如果您需要的話可以聯繫我們這邊幫您寄出。如果下次遇到這種情況，你也可以先跟我們酒店打個電話。您就這樣直接點評差評，我們也很無奈呀。我們是十分樂意為您服務的，確實是沒有辦法聯繫上。
