I booked Novotel Chongqing Airport for an overnight stay before my early morning flight, and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which made the trip incredibly stress-free — it only took less than 5 minutes to get to the terminal! The room was spacious, very clean, and had an amazing bathtub with strong water pressure — a real treat to relax in before a long flight. I also stayed on the 12th floor and enjoyed a beautiful view of the area. Despite my short stay, everything was extremely comfortable — the bed and pillows were cozy and inviting. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel felt very safe and secure. Although I didn’t try their breakfast, it’s great to know they offer early services for those who need it. For anyone catching an early or late flight in Chongqing, I can’t recommend Novotel Chongqing Airport enough — it’s comfortable, convenient, and provides that last bit of relaxation before traveling!

This hotel is in a really good spot, it's close to two malls and right by a metro station, so getting around was super easy. I could hop on the train whenever I wanted and had plenty of shopping options nearby. The area's new according to the drivers, so it's a bit more quiet. Check-in was pretty fast, so that was good. The only tough thing was actually finding the place when I first arrived. There weren't any clear signs on the ground floor, so I ended up just taking the lift to the 14th floor which worked out. Being so close to the metro and malls was really convenient, but i had to travel quite a bit to reach the main attractions in the city. There was a bit of a smell in my room, it wasnt that bad but it was pretty noticeable. It comes and goes so I was mostly fine with it.

It's perfect for families on a road trip, with its convenient location near the airport and just a 5-minute walk from Deer Hill Station, Exit 5 of the Metro Line 10. The room came with a kitchenette, fridge, and microwave, making it very homely. The service was top-notch, with the front desk being extremely de dehelpful and responsive to our needs. A special shout-out to staff members with badge numbers 61 and 48 for their exceptional service.The hotel's restaurant on the fourth floor was a refreshing find in Chongqing, known for its spicy cuisine. It offered a delightful variety of light and tasty dishes. In summary, whether you're driving or flying in, this hotel provides comfort, excellent service, and great dining options. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing.

Of course there is a gap in prices. Simple facilities, hot water is fast, but some heat is not easy to adjust Sleeping air conditioner is very loud, it is also very noisy next to it. Service attitude is very good, the pick-up and drop-off machine is the online car called by the front desk. It's not bad to live at this price.

The room was really nice, spacious and clean. There was also a small balcony where you could sit and hang clothes. The front desk lady was very responsible. She arranged for airport pickup the day before and called me in the morning. She also upgraded the room type.

If you remember correctly, it is marked as a new opening in 2025, but in addition to the hotel's more magnificent lobby, the room is a very old and very old hotel and the room has almost no renovation. The hotel was very affordable and included a simple breakfast with items like steamed Chinese buns, soup, vegetables, dumplings, fried rice, and boiled eggs. They also offer a 24-hour free airport shuttle van that comfortably accommodates a family of six with three large suitcases and two small ones. The main issue we faced was the difficulty of contacting them from the airport without a Chinese phone number. It's recommended to add the hotel's contact on WeChat at (+86)13368055250 before your trip. During check-in, all guests had to register their passports. We only stayed briefly before moving to the next hotel, which is closer to the famous shopping area in Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. The room was spacious and worth the price. There are markets nearby where you can easily get fresh fruits from locals within walking distance. It would also be beneficial if they could fix the toilet’s drainage because the water drains slowly after a shower. The receptionist was kind and helped us contact Mr. Jiang. Despite arriving late at 2:30 am, we were fortunate to meet Mr. Jiang, who assisted us in contacting the hotel for their free airport shuttle service. We saved Mr. Jiang's number (+86)15002332632 and asked him to pick us up and take us to a different hotel in Chongqing. We also arranged for a one-day city tour with his comfortable Mercedes van, which can accommodate 10 people. Mr. Jiang took us to many must-visit places in Chongqing. Please note that he primarily speaks Chinese. He was very helpful in finding a store that could help us obtain a Chinese phone number using our passport, as not all stores are able to register passports; usually, they can only register Chinese citizen ID cards. If possible, it's recommended to register a mobile phone number at the airport. We had to visit several stores until the sixth one finally registered a new China phone number using our passport.

Hygiene: The room cleaning is very meticulous, the breakfast is also very rich and well made, and the bathroom in the public area is also very clean and convenient. Environment: The hotel is an independent building with an open-air independent parking lot outside the door. The hotel lobby is also very clean and bright. There are 7 floors in the hotel. Each floor requires a separate room card to enter. It is also very safe. There is a whole food street outside the hotel and it is not noisy at night. There are also many food options Service: The service at the lobby and front desk is particularly warm and thoughtful. Every waiter in the restaurant is also very polite, patient and proactive in providing various services.

We were having very late night flight and hotel provide airport pickup which is very convinient. Our driver is so nice and patient too. Room is soo big, clean and smells really good, we really spent a good night there and slept right away when touched the bed (mattress ok too). This hotel is perfect for layover or even longer stay, near with metro and walkable for couple mins to reach as well. Hopefully this hotel maintain the service and qualities, I would definitely love to stay here again when going to Chongqing 😊
