I am really satisfied with my stay at Atour Hotel this time. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the river view is really amazing! The staff are all very, very, very friendly! Whether it's the front desk, housekeeping or restaurant service, they are all very attentive! The needs we wanted were met, and the needs we didn't expect were also helped. Thank you very much! Breakfast was delicious! The variety is so rich! There are spicy and non-spicy dishes, which relieves a Cantonese child from the dilemma of not being able to eat spicy food at all! What a great outing!

Knowing Vienna is a chain, I felt confident about the stay and anticipated good service. Being on floors 18-23 also ensured a quiet environment. Despite booking quite late, a staff member kindly called to give me the address. We arrived well after 10 PM. Because it was so late, there was no queue for the laundry room, making it a breeze to wash and dry my clothes. The next morning, taking the underground passage to the high-speed rail station was incredibly convenient! Half an hour was definitely ample time. The station isn't very large, and the crowds were manageable.

Staying for one night with river view was not a good experience, because Wanda was below and it was very noisy; and the air conditioner in the room was not very cool, so I woke up in the middle of the night sweating! Later, I stayed in a common room for one night, which doubled my comfort! Facilities: It has everything you need. Environment: Very convenient, surrounded by commercial streets, eating and other things are very convenient! And opposite is the pier for traveling around the lake! After dinner in the evening, we walked around the lake to eat. It was very comfortable! Breakfast: Pretty good, the vegetables are a little salty! The girl at the front desk was very accommodating and guided me to the coffee area in the lobby, which was equipped with a computer and printer. The breakfast was also very good, and it was a very comfortable experience. Will come often in the future.
