The sanitary conditions are also very good. I am also a picky person. This time I came to stay and basically couldn't find any problems! Let me talk about the service of the hotel. This is the best service in the five-star resort hotel I have stayed in. It can be said to be the ceiling! Because it was a low season, we went there for three days, and the occupancy rate was not high. It seemed that only one or two rooms had guests in the first two days, and the hotel was very deserted! But the service of the hotel is really good. Every staff member who passes by you will greet you with a smile, giving people a feeling of being at home! This time, I made an appointment with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday together. The hotel also specially decorated the room and sent birthday cakes and cocktails! I also upgraded the room type for free! Although the room area and layout are the same as the basic room type I booked before, the lake view outside the window is wider and the view is better! It feels very heartwarming! Let's give a special 👍 to the butler. In his words, he is not omnipotent, but he will do his best! Basically, he will respond to any request! He will help if he is busy! Maybe because of the low occupancy rate, the hotel's breakfast is a flaw. As you can imagine, there are only two or three guests staying in the middle of the week, and the breakfast is definitely not rich. I basically didn't eat much in the first two days of my stay. I had a bowl of porridge, a fried egg, a small omelet, and a cup of coffee latte, and I just made do with it! On the first day, I told the housekeeper that the breakfast needs to be improved. On the second day, I sent me a menu, saying that I could order whatever was on the menu, and if it wasn't, I could ask the kitchen to arrange it as long as I wanted to eat it. I was really touched by the hotel's service attitude! Later, I was embarrassed to bother them, so I said forget it, just eat whatever you have! No need to bother! Later, on the last two days of the holiday, the housekeeper applied for a 240-square-meter double-story, double-bedroom lake view villa for us to stay in, and took us to visit various villa suites that are popular in the hotel, and took us photos! The skills are comparable to those of a photographer! The housekeeper is very good and is very good at providing emotional value! We spent a pleasant and unforgettable four days and three nights here! Next time, I will bring my family and friends to stay for a short time!

I want to stay in the hotel for a few more days. The dishes are delicious!

The environment is very good. There are not many people in the off-season, and the privacy is better. You can walk and rest in peace. The concierge Daniel is very nice. He asked a lot of things that I had not considered and gave me a birthday cake. I will stay here again next time and try other room types with my friends.

I have been to Qiandao Lake many times. This time I thought of visiting Qiandao Lake again because of the Anlan brand. I just went to Anlan in Xinchang, Shaoxing a few weeks ago and was extremely satisfied. So I wanted to visit another Anlan. Sure enough, this brand is really a guarantee of quality and does not disappoint. The environment of the hotel is already very charming, with lakes and mountains, just like living in Wu Guanzhong's paintings. The various facilities of the hotel are very user-friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent views. However, the most impressive thing is the caring care of the hotel service staff. Our housekeeper Xiao Hu Alex contacted in advance to prepare for us before arriving at the store, and after arriving, it made people feel at home. This time I traveled with my parents. The old man suddenly had a physical illness during the trip, which was very worrying. But Xiao Hu treated us like family, caring for us, and took care of us carefully and thoughtfully, which resolved our anxiety. It really touched me and my parents. Not only Xiao Hu, but also the service staff up and down the hotel, including Xiaohua in the restaurant and the little sister of the room service, were kind and thoughtful, sincere and lovely, which made us feel warm. After three days, I felt the friendly smiles and thoughtful care everywhere in the hotel, which made me reluctant to leave. I will definitely go back next year when the spring comes. Because it is off-season, the whole hotel is very quiet. There are not many service staff, but they are very thoughtful. On Christmas Eve, Santa Claus also gave us a small bundle of fairy wand fireworks and fancy balloons, which is interesting and loving! The dinner tastes delicious, and the chef's homemade rice wine is given every time, which tastes great! The hotel has a good view, and it is recommended to take pictures from the infinity pool. Boiling tea around the stove is worth a try, warm and cozy. Looking forward to further enriching the unique facilities.
