JJOOZWAYI have always wanted to experience the beauty of Qiandao Lake. It was my birthday so I rewarded myself with a trip to Qiandao Lake. For such a leisurely vacation, the choice of homestay is so important! Yungu Songjian Homestay was planted as soon as I saw its pictures. It is surrounded by mountains and has a white two-story building. It has a unique atmosphere even on rainy days. It also has a large swimming pool. It is also very good for taking photos at night. The afternoon tea is exquisite and delicious. They can also provide full meals. They are all authentic specialties. They are delicious and tasty. The staff of the homestay are very enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to ask about your needs and everything is arranged properly! You can feel the kindness and warmth. This really gave me a great experience of the trip to Qiandao Lake!

GGuest UserI stayed for two very happy days. I felt that the scope of the hotel almost covered the tip of the entire peninsula. When I went out, I saw the lake and mountains. There were few people, good service, and excellent scenery. It was far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The air was full of oxygen and fresh grass and trees. The sunset on the lake in the evening is worth seeing, and the photos are also very good.
You can climb mountains and swim outdoors during the day. The package also includes professional photography of the moon gate and a seafood meal. The housekeeper Amy is very good. She will take the initiative to ask about needs and help with various reservations and tours, and reply to messages very promptly. This time I booked a landscape twin room. The whole side of the room is a mountain view, and the greenery is also very good. When the weather is good, you can also enjoy the moon.
Although there are not many choices of food, the taste is pretty good. Western food, Chinese food, wine, ice cream and various types are also taken care of. Fish head is a specialty of the Chinese restaurant, which is really good. In addition, you can try the bayberry wine here. It is not strong and has a good aftertaste. The breakfast tastes good and the variety is quite rich.
In the morning, you can take the hotel's yacht to Huangshan Peak to see the ”public”. The scenery of climbing the mountain by yourself is better than the cable car. There is also a mountain behind the hotel, and the roads are well built, which is very suitable for couples to walk. If you are willing to climb the mountain, there are some mossy paths, which are quiet and deserted. When it rains, listening to the rain in the lush woods is very healing.
After a meal, you can choose to feed the koi and ducks. The concierge will help provide a small bag of feed. Both children and adults can enjoy the fun of feeding small animals.
If you are tired, just sleep or lie down in the hotel. People will be nourished and relaxed in nature and restore vitality. Take a bath in the bathtub at night to relieve fatigue and sleep.
Overall, it is really good and I will come again in the future!

The room very clean and comfortable, the restaurant have very good and testy food, the breakfast buffet was great.
All the recreational area are spectacular.

GGuest UserWe had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!

AAlexander 压力山大The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel.
The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos).
The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift.
We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price.
The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough.
The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal.
We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

Get off the highway and cross the Cherry Blossom Avenue, and go up along the Qiandao Lake Ring Road. This pure white building grows out from the cliffs. Even if you travel around the world, you will still be amazed when you see it. What a picturesque secret place where mountains and water coexist☁️
Four streamlined pure white buildings embrace the lake islands, and the infinity pool hangs above the blue waves. Every room can ”see the Thousand Islands through the window”🌊Qiandao Lake is right in front of you and turns into a huge flowing landscape painting frame. Lying on the bed, watching the clouds roll and the morning mist spread over the archipelago, listening to the cliffs and the lake whispering outside the window...
The room I stayed in led directly to the curved cliff infinity pool. The blue pool outside the white cave reflected the archipelago and the flowing clouds, and I dreamed of Santorini, Greece🇬🇷
The sunset at 5:30 is the most generous painter of Yuyan🌄You can also have a cup of coffee if you don't stay, curl up on the egg roll chair by the pool, watch the sunset and paint, and reflect the lights of the fishing boats✨At this moment, I breathe with the island.
On the way back, the Border Collie ”Latte” in the store was taking a nap by the swimming pool. When I went to say goodbye to him, he crawled into my arms 🤗 Suddenly I understood the ”symbiosis” concept that designer Shen Mo's team had woven into this 3,700 square meters of space. The so-called poetic dwelling is nothing more than a gentle recognition of all things~

Sshaoping19The hotel's name isn't particularly memorable, but I booked a suite for two nights on short notice and was very impressed. The suite is over 100 square meters, offering ample space for two children to crawl around freely.
The hotel enjoys an excellent location, and its overall architectural design is quite impressive, with a resort-style layout where buildings artfully encircle a central landscape. The three outdoor swimming pools provide plenty of fun for the kids.
The service was surprisingly good. They offer a WeChat concierge service, and the staff at the front desk, Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, and housekeeping were all very polite and service-oriented. Notably, the front desk service was significantly better than at the Voco hotel where I stayed for the previous two nights.
As for areas for improvement, the hotel's facilities feel a bit dated; they are certainly not new. Some exterior walls have climbing vegetation, and a few surface tiles are falling off. From the balcony of our luxury sea view suite, a couple of large trees unfortunately obstruct the view. The landscape design could definitely use an update. Inside the room, the blackout was inadequate, and we had to request technical staff to set up a temporary solution. Furthermore, it's a pity that the hotel's pier is abandoned, despite being in an excellent location.
Overall, the hotel boasts an excellent location and a well-designed architectural layout. MMaikezaiqiandaohuxiedaimaThis is my go-to hotel every time I visit. It boasts modern, industrial-chic design with a youthful vibe. The spacious, comfortable rooms offer fantastic lake views that really lift your spirits, and the soundproofing is excellent. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the mattresses are comfortable, and I always get a great night's sleep. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options; the Qiandao Lake Diaodiaobao is particularly delicious. Nearby, you'll find Beer Town and an Instagram-famous lighthouse lookout. Dining is also very convenient, with several local eateries close by. I highly recommend trying the local farmhouse pork!

This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media.
The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork.

Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away.
Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful.
Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao.
Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.

The decoration is very good, the food is also very tasteful, the most surprising thing is that there is kayaking downstairs, the key to the store is free haha, I am afraid of the sun did not play, but the overall price is really high!
