"My elderly parents took advantage of the off-season to visit Qiandao Lake for a few days. They originally booked a quad suite in Building 5 for 499 [RMB]. On the day of check-in, the hotel called to say they upgraded them to a deluxe suite in Building 1! It had two bedrooms, two living areas, two bathrooms, and a super large walk-in closet. Thumbs up! The staff were all very friendly, helping with taxi requests and directions. My parents had a wonderful stay and said they definitely want to go back next time! 👍"

"My enjoyable National Day holiday has ended, but my heart is still in Qiandao Lake. Hilton truly lives up to its reputation as an established luxury hotel. The room was spacious, the view was excellent, and the amenities were thoughtfully detailed. It's perfect for a family trip with kids; you could easily spend three full days just enjoying the hotel. Transportation: Fearing traffic jams during National Day, I opted for the high-speed rail. The hotel offers a free shuttle service that requires advance booking, but since the frequency was low, I chose to take a taxi instead. It was very convenient, costing around 40-50 RMB and taking about half an hour to arrive. Environment: Overall, it was excellent. Even during the National Day period, there were no queues or crowds. We arrived around noon, checked in, stored our luggage, had lunch, and our room was ready by about 2 PM. Because there was an issue with our original room, our butler Anna upgraded us to a deluxe lake view room. Not only did it have a superb view, but being on the 3rd floor also made it very convenient for dining and activities. The room's layout was well-designed, with a blackout curtain between the bathroom area and the bedroom, which was perfect for our child's afternoon nap. The bathtub was large, and disposable bathtub liners and bath salts were provided. It was spacious enough for the kids to take a shower in too. The bathroom and shower were separate. The only minor issue was a slight odor from the glass door being continuously sealed, but it wasn't a major problem. The balcony had a drying rack, and there was a large spare umbrella in the closet, showing great attention to detail. Service: I added our butler Anna on WeChat, and I could contact her there for anything. Her service was excellent, and she responded very quickly. The hotel offers a wealth of activities, making it super suitable for families with kids. There are 2-3 free activities daily, plus indoor and outdoor kids' clubs, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a sandpit. You'll run out of energy before you run out of things to do! The kids' club stays open until 9 PM, so you can even go for another play after dinner. Just remember to bring non-slip socks for both children and adults. Overall, I was very satisfied with this 3-day, 2-night trip. I snagged a package deal that only cost an extra 300 RMB during the National Day period. It also included a complimentary travel photoshoot (which was easy to book since it was within the hotel) and water park access (which we didn't get to experience due to rain). The breakfast was also very rich. I would definitely come back here again on my next visit to Qiandao Lake."

"The hotel is excellent, huge structure with beautiful architecture. My only complaint is about the outside swimming pool, it was deactivated and I didn’t see any information about it in the booking page. I was very disappointed with it, because I chose this hotel mainly for the outdoor swimming pool. I don’t like indoor swimming pool, this one was open. The breakfast is wonderful, the best I had in China. The room is confortable, the view to the garden is lovely."

"The experience of staying at Qiandao Lake Sheraton completely refreshed my expectations for resort hotels! The room is very large, with a warm and modern layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. In the morning, I make a cup of coffee by the window and watch the mist on the lake, as if I were in an ink painting. Such a view is definitely worth the room price! Breakfast is definitely a surprise-from Chinese freshly made dim sum, black rice balls, to Western exquisite dessert tables, there are many choices to start the day in a good mood! I also want to praise the caring housekeeper Cora Pan. From the itinerary suggestions before check-in to the warm greetings every day, the service is meticulous and makes people feel warm like a friend! The high-speed rail station shuttle service provided by the hotel is also a super plus! It saves the trouble of dragging luggage around. The overall experience is impeccable. It is definitely a highlight memory of the trip to Qiandao Lake. I strongly recommend it to all relatives who pursue quality and service."

"The hotel's name isn't particularly memorable, but I booked a suite for two nights on short notice and was very impressed. The suite is over 100 square meters, offering ample space for two children to crawl around freely. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, and its overall architectural design is quite impressive, with a resort-style layout where buildings artfully encircle a central landscape. The three outdoor swimming pools provide plenty of fun for the kids. The service was surprisingly good. They offer a WeChat concierge service, and the staff at the front desk, Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, and housekeeping were all very polite and service-oriented. Notably, the front desk service was significantly better than at the Voco hotel where I stayed for the previous two nights. As for areas for improvement, the hotel's facilities feel a bit dated; they are certainly not new. Some exterior walls have climbing vegetation, and a few surface tiles are falling off. From the balcony of our luxury sea view suite, a couple of large trees unfortunately obstruct the view. The landscape design could definitely use an update. Inside the room, the blackout was inadequate, and we had to request technical staff to set up a temporary solution. Furthermore, it's a pity that the hotel's pier is abandoned, despite being in an excellent location. Overall, the hotel boasts an excellent location and a well-designed architectural layout. If the facilities were renovated, the landscaping optimized, and the overall service procedures more systematized, it could easily become one of the leading hotels in Qiandao Lake in terms of overall quality and competitiveness."

"Its been a long time we haven't stayed in a hotel with a such great staff! Everyone were so friendly and proactive in helping and making sure we had what we needed. kenneth took care of us upon arrival and immediately added my WeChat. The hotel facilities are amazing with a great indoor swimming pool and indoor playground for kids. The outdoor area is also great which will for sure comeback during the summer time to enjoy it. Location is also super nice with the lake just across the road and very easy to find places to eat around."

"The price is really cost-effective. The hotel hardware and software are all 4⭐⭐⭐⭐, which is the standard four-star hotel. You can watch the sunrise and sunset on the big platform, which is very pleasant. The hygiene is very good, and the service is also very good. The service staff will contact you before you arrive at the store and make arrangements according to the situation. I drove by myself and directly arranged parking and access. I was old and directly arranged a high-rise and quiet place. The most important thing to say is breakfast. The restaurant is very large, with 5 stalls and a lot of food varieties. Servers Grace and Echo are extremely polite and lovely. Avoid the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor as the service and food quality are below standard."

"During this trip to Qiandao Lake, I was absolutely amazed by the Qiandao Lake Blue Bay Greentown Resort Hotel where I stayed! We booked a lake view family room. The view outside the window is stunning. The vast Qiandao Lake is surrounded by green mountains. You can take in the entire scenery of the lake and mountains while lying on the bed. You can also enjoy the sunset over Qiandao Lake. The children were also very excited. The room was spotlessly clean and quality was evident in every detail. I would like to give special praise to the housekeeper Wu Guoying. From check-in to check-out, her service was warm and thoughtful. She provided meticulous care for the whole family and the experience was perfect! Moreover, the price is affordable and the cost-effectiveness is very high. Next time I come to Qiandao Lake, I will choose this place again!"

"The first choice for traveling around the country is Atour Hotel. The decoration style of Atour Hotel Qiandao Lake is modern and simple. The big bed we stayed in was 2.4 meters wide. The breakfast was delicious and rich. While eating, we could enjoy the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. From now on, our stay was really great.
