Great hotel, strategic Highly recommended for families

Got a horror and gloomy room, I swear it's not recommended for families, the lighting is not bright enough, the bathroom is dirty, the room is dark and scary.. I couldn't sleep all night, it's scary. Please, the receptionist, don't be careless when giving rooms.. the scary and horror room was given to the guest, there are many other empty rooms, the staff at this hotel are very sorry

overall rate 7.8/10 due to several things: 1. When checking in it took a really long time to wait an hour (only entered the room at 15.05) 2. The pool is a bit dirty. lots of sediment at the bottom of the pool. 3. The outdoor stairs are a bit slippery because of the rain 4. The hot water is difficult to regulate, you have to be clever at controlling the tap. 5. The shower room in the deluxe room is really small the rest is safe. + the interior design of the deluxe room is really good, classic and comfortable + the pool floor is not slippery. The stairs are also well maintained without rust + shower room and toilet function well + mattresses, pillows, blankets and clean sheets, well maintained, soft and fragrant.

It needs a few more touches to make it good.
