Family trip during Taiwan new year period. The style kind of old school but the service is good and the hot spring is great. Very relax place to spend a least 2 days for chill. The if drive yourself, Akiu shire(秋保神社) and Akiu Waterfall(秋保大瀧) is really worth to visit.

Very good stay with the comfortable onsen and bed . Buffet dinner is excellent and variety food choice. Highly recommend

Dinner was delicious, with crab, freshly fried tempura, and local Sendai parsley hotpot.

The lobby is beautiful. The main bathhouse has been renovated and is large with an open-air hot spring experience, which is great. The annex is a bit small and old, but you can go to both so it's not a problem. The room is an old-style hot spring hotel tatami room. It's okay for one night and two meals, but the breakfast is better than the dinner.

For my mother who has difficulty walking, they were very accommodating and kind, changing our room to one near the elevator! The baths and views in the main building were also amazing ♪ The baths in the annex were closed due to repairs, but we were able to use the baths at the nearby Zuiho, which was very satisfying! There were also many shuttle buses, which was very helpful!

A hotel surrounded by nature. It felt a little old, but it had been renovated and was comfortable. Food was buffet style both in the morning and evening, with a wide variety of dishes. I was also able to get beef tongue for a very reasonable price! The hot springs were also very pleasant, and as I have sensitive skin, the slightly alkaline water was gentle on my skin and was perfect.

I stayed on the 7th floor of the annex. There were steps, such as at the entrance to the unit bath, and some parts felt old, but more than that, the smiles and service of the front desk staff were very pleasant. The food was also very delicious. I would like to stay here again.

This was my second stay here, and the reception was very polite, and the explanation of the facilities was easy to understand. Both dinner and breakfast were buffets, which was more than half the fun, and there was no doubt about the variety and deliciousness. Plus, the temperature of the hot springs and the view were a perfect match, so I'll definitely be back.

I came here for the first time because Zuiho was full. The price was almost the same, but unfortunately there was a difference. There was no problem with the cleanliness, but the size of the room and the newness of the facilities were different. The rattling sound of the air conditioner was bothersome. The bath was not as spacious, but the open-air bath was very enjoyable. The dinner buffet was comparable to Zuiho.

The food was good. It was a shame that the bath in the annex was under construction.

The hotel has a main building and an annex. The rooms are large and clean. The hot springs are very comfortable, both in the old and new hotels. Breakfast and dinner are all in buffet style, and there are many styles. There is crab legs for dinner.

Three girls in our twenties went to Akiu Grand Hotel from Hokkaido to go on a trip. We were able to use the hot springs in both the annex and the main building, and although there was a fee for yukata, we chose a cute one, and the buffet had more variety than we expected, so we had a lot of fun! There were no foreigners there, and there were often times when we happened to have the hot springs to ourselves, so we were able to relax and enjoy the hot springs. If we have the opportunity, we would like to use them again (^^)
