I stayed here more than 3 times, this time was horrible: the room is so dirty, all blankets and pillows were so so dirty and smell😭😭😭😭😭I do not think I will come back in April

Hotel is a bit old, equipment and facilities are old! But the hotel is big enough, and it is relatively close to Disney. It is very convenient to drive by yourself, and the parking lot is huge! The suite we stayed in was not as good as it was said in the reservation. The bathroom always felt unclean and the floor was sticky! Don't compare with Chinese hatty! It's a long way! Cost-effective

Very old hotel with no service at all. The most outrageous thing is that they charge money randomly! ! The booking on Ctrip shows 1100 a night, and I stayed for 4 nights and my credit card charged me nearly 10,000. I just slept in the hotel and went to Disney during the day without doing anything, but the printed charge sheet was one meter long, I am stupid. My English is not bad. After arguing with the front desk for a long time, I finally refunded 1000. People who are not good at English must be paid as much as they charge. Chinese people, don't go to this rubbish hotel!

I come from Mexico, I traveled alone with my son, the only thing that displeased me is that I had to pay for parking and breakfast, when the hotel was not very cheap and also a small truck that takes you to Disney.

Cleanest… staff nice… everything is in walking distance from food to shopping and room very spacious….

We were greeted at check in by Susan. She went above and beyond to help make our stay was fun and memorable. Excellent customer service with a warm greeting.

We stayed with our family, which this hotel really isn't designed for, especially in terms of value. Clientele are mostly adults/convention attendees. The lobby/atrium was noisy every night. Great housekeeping service.

The location near the Anaheim Convention Center was very convenient. Also, there were several adjacent restaurants. We'll be staying here for future conventions.
