Had a wonderful stay at The Mesui Hotel Bukit Bintang. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, nightlife, and public transport. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was cosy, relaxing, and provided everything needed for a comfortable visit. Overall, a pleasant experience with great value for money. A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Bukit Bintang! I just had a fantastic stay at the Mesui Hotel. If you want to be right in the middle of the action in Bukit Bintang but still have a quiet, comfortable place to retreat to, this is it. The boutique, retro design gives the place a lot of character compared to standard chain hotels. Its location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s just a short walk to Jalan Alor for amazing street food, Pavilion, and the Changkat nightlife, yet tucked away on a quieter street. The room itself is clean, not super clean though, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of work. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value and a prime location in Kuala Lumpur. I will definitely be booking here again!

The service at the hotel was terrible. The room I received did not match the description at all. I was given a room with no window, and there were cockroaches running around — I killed three of them during my one-night stay. When I asked to change rooms because the one provided did not match what was advertised, my request was simply rejected. The staff were not even willing to call the manager. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

A good budget hotel and surprisingly clean with great hospitality. It’s a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Pavilion. Surrounded by bars , your nights are pretty busy

The location of the hotel is closed to the Bukit Bintang area where you will find a lot of places to enjoy and spend your day there.

The location is excellent, very close to Bingrang Bukit. The hotel environment is also quite good, and it's clean. It's very quiet at night, perfect for a good rest.

No doubt the location was perfect!!! But the room was not as per my expectations. Upon check in, already saw a dead cockroach on the entrance. Ok, fine… day 3 saw again a big cockroach on the wall… the room have a very unpleasant smell, it was like the smell from the drain… the toilet bowl was yellow n looks old. And have mosquitoes flying. Furthermore found the jelly cover in the tissue box which covered up by the tissue paper. But I believed this was sabotage by the previous customer. The worst thing is second night, mid night, suddenly heard a man n a woman quarrel, very loud! Then follow by third night, 11pm+, suddenly have drilling sound. Oh Gosh! Last for at least 30min… totally cannot sleep. But the floor was clean with no dust. If not because of budget, deft will not go back again.. it was terrible compared with my last stayed on year 2023.
