Find the Cheap Munsing Hotels

In fact, a traditionally good, imported restaurant, but it now makes a slightly negligible impression (no boss cares about ?) and has a lot to fight with the service. Wie waren vom 22/23. und 29/30. September im Seehotel Leoni. Das Hotel wird als 4 Sterne Haus geführt. Nach unseren Erfahrungen frage ich mich allerdings nach welchen Kriterien diese Sterne vergeben werden. Hier unsere Eindrücke und Erfahrungen im Detail Zimmer/Balkon Wir haben ein Zimmer zur Seeseite gebucht. Grundsätzlich in Ordnung, sauber und geräumig. Allerdings mit folgenden Mängeln, aus beiden Aufenthalte - das Scannen des QR Codes zum Erhalt der Hotel Infos funktioniert nicht. - Duschmittel in der Dusche leer - Total schmutziger Balkon insbesondere unter Glasplatte des Tisches - Dusche läuft nicht richtig ab, man steht im Wasser - Ungepflegter Balkon, Algen, Schmutz etc. - Nur Duschhandtücher, keine kleineren - Seifen, Duschhaube, Creme etc. kenne ich auch dass bei 2 Personen dies auch doppelt vorhanden ist Ebenfalls unbekannt ist mir die Tatsache dass man die Minibar nur auf Verlangen und gegen Gebühr gefüllt bekommt, das kenne ich aus dieser Hotelkategorie nicht. Im weiteren ist leider das Nachttischchen am Bett viel zu klein. Ich bin auf ein CPAP Gerät angewiesen, dazu musste ich mir den Stuhl vor das Bett stellen um dafür überhaut Platz zu haben. Rezeption Mitarbeiter soweit freundlich aber irgendwie inkompetent. Wir haben über ein Unternehmen gebucht das einen 10% Preisnachlass bekommt. Da man bei der Buchung den Rabattcode nicht eingeben kann, habe ich angerufen und gefragt wie man das machen kann. Kein Problem, wird beim bezahlen verrechnet. Beide male führte dies zu Diskussion da die Mitarbeiter behaupten das müsste man beim buchen angeben. Schlussendlich wurde es nach hin und her doch verrechnet. Das gleiche Problem auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt. Der Parkplatz ist mit einer Schranke gesichert, die sich beim Einfahren automatisch öffnet, beim herausfahren standen wir davon und wussten nicht wie wir rauskommen. Rückfrage an der Rezeption, ja da braucht es eine Münze dafür. Da erwarte ich doch beim Check in dass man über so etwas informiert wird. Beim Check Out habe ich die Münze dann wieder verlangt, aber auch hier kam von der Rezeption wieder keine Frage oder Info. Housekeeping Dieser Punkt ist mir ziemlich sauer aufgestossen. Ich habe beim ersten Aufenthalt eine Taschenlampe auf dem Bett vergessen. Hab dann gleich eine Email geschrieben, wurde aber nichts abgegeben. Im 4 Sterne Haus erwarte ich allerdings ein ehrliches Housekeeping, das Dinge die im Zimmer liegen bleiben an der Rezeption deponiert und nicht einfach verschwinden lässt. Dabei geht es nicht um den Wert sondern um Vertrauen, wie soll ich da Vertrauen haben wenn das Zimmer gemacht wird und ich nicht dabei bin, was fehlt dann ? Restaurant und Frühstück Frühstüksbuffet ist im G u G in Ordnung, allerdings kann man eigentlich bei 22 Euro erwarten dass z.B. ein bisschen Räucherfisch vorhanden wäre und nicht nur eine billige Makrele, eventuell auch ein bisschen Bacon. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Mittags einen Eiskaffee getrunken, eine Kugel Vanille Eis

The only really nice thing about this hotel is the setting. When I booked this hotel and looked at all the photos, I had something else in mind than the hotel I ended up at. Do not get tricked by stars, price and photos at booking sites. It might have all been luxurious 50 years ago. Since then nothing much happened. Although we asked for a modern room, we were given a room far from modern. The carpet was stained. The room stinky. The door to the patio old and used. The bathroom with mold on the ceiling and amenities old and broken...The breakfast (so many people mention it in reviews) was good, but do not expect any breakfast service there. Most of the employees walk around like they have started working yesterday and have no clue how to act. One man, on the other hand, runs around so stressed, you start to eat faster and want to leave asap. We reserved a table for the evening at the restaurant. My husband confirmed more than once which table it was...and when we arrived it was already gone. The housekeeping never renewed our coffee supply (”coffee supply” means two coffee tabs). The phone in the room was not working and the front desk was neither surprised nor helpful. As I am writing, I am still sitting here in one of the rooms and cannot believe I pay more than 200 euros for one night. Aaa, did I mentioned cockraches? We already killed two. Of course, we are in nature. But come on! Such. A. Disappointment. I was aiming for special outing with my family, something to spoil ourselves. And here we are, arriving at ”spoilt” place.

Extremely pretty location, helpful staff, great breakfast, very clean and convenient. At the price point A/C would have been nice.
