Really good location, around 5 min walk from metro station, 5min to that famous Chinatown street market. we got rooms having only roof window, satisfied enough but based on my personal preference, a room with balcony might be more interesting. And they offer free coffee and tea!

Very disappointed with my stay at The Scarlet.
The worst thing was that the room did not have any windows. The staff pointed out that this was stated on the booking platform. I checked on Trip.com and indeed it is stated in fine print that “Some rooms have windows”. I think this is unacceptable for “tourist-class” hotels, unless Scarlet thinks of itself as a budget/hourly hotel like Hotel81? In tourist-class hotels, the lack of windows is an anomaly and is usually highlighted in the room category name directly, e.g. “Deluxe Queen Room (No Windows)”.
The room was also very old and cramped. The TV view is partially obstructed when lying in bed. There’s also a ridiculous “skylight” that looks makeshift and resembles something that could be found in a slum? See pictures.
The Scarlet is way past it’s prime and should either close for a complete rebuild or just reposition yourself as a budget hotel.

The Raffles Singapore is a one of a kind experience with no comparison. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights, it felt very much like a home. The buildings are beautifully and tastfully decorated. The rooms are beautiful with a mix of modern and colonial style. Even the standard room is a suite with a separated parlour which has its own controls for lights and ac. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We had issues arise and talked to management and they listened and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We had a tasting experience meal at the grand lobby on the first night, dinner and at Le Dame Du Pic and drinks at the Writers Bar. The selection of bars and eateries have you covered for any taste you want, we didn't manage to try all the hotel has to offer as Singapore has such a great food scene in the hawker centres. It's location is excellent nestled between key tourist areas in Singapore and easy access to the metro at the City Hall station

Been to Fullerton Hotel many times for dining and events at ballroom, and it’s my first time staying here. Checked-in on a weekday, the staff seemed to be new as she couldn’t answer most of my queries but luckily she gotten help from another senior staff who was quick to assist so all was good.
Room was classy, posh and clean. There’s a bathtub and toilet bowl with bidet function (also auto opening lid). We are a party of 2A2C and the hotel added a rollaway bed for free which was really appreciated! Children amenities like toiletries, bathrobe and bedroom slippers were provided upon request from housekeeping.
Balcony felt kind of dirty and tables/chairs not well maintained, which was a surprise to me considering Fullerton being a 5* hotel.
Pool at level 2 had a great view of surrounding, it’s not big but served its function with jacuzzi available too! There’s always deck chairs available when I was there. Gym was good, spacious with many different types of machines and equipment.
Had buffet dinner at the Town restaurant, initial impression was that it seemed short staffed as there is only 1 staff receiving customers and leading them to the table (I would think this is usually a 2 people job, 1 to register guests and 1 to lead the way). But anyway, Johnson who led me in was really nice in explaining information and very patiently taking my questions. Variety of food was great here and the staff were really helpful too, coming by table frequently to clear dirty plates. Salmon Sashimi and snow crab legs were really fresh and delicious !
There’s many shops and restaurants around the hotel so it’s really convenient.
Check out was a breeze and after the stay, I must say that Fullerton’s service level was top notch! Enjoyed my stay and would love to be back.

It’s actually a really good hotel for families given the pool / activities / space & the bonus of excitement for the children seeing the aircrafts flying low overhead. Golf view, the open landscape and constant breeze was amazing. Service and location was not bad but not good either so have rated it average. The location was what we would like in terms of being ‘faraway’ and private giving it a good staycation view and vibe.
I would want to go back if not for the cleanliness of the pool waters….it is DISGUSTINGLY dirty water. Which is a shame given the very very good setup / view / length. Like me explain - As the hotel is part of a club, the access to gym, beautiful golf course, courts facilities are open to members. This makes the experience feel more like you are staying in a club rather than a hotel, which is fine. But how would you feel seeing big sweaty work out men come from playing tennis, take off their sweaty leg wear, sit by the pool and soak their feet in the pool into the water you are swimming in?!?!? We were wondering beforehand why the underwater have SO much dirt and sediment….this was so disgusting I could NOT wash my kids and I clean enough after that. I reckon this happens every weekend as they are members, staff was use to it and didnt think anything was wrong with it. Maybe I’m a clean freak but hey, I’d like to invite these men and their kids to swim in their own pool of dead leg skin and sweat and if they are ok with it I’ve got nothing to say.

1) When we checked in, we were told we could enjoy a 20 percent discount from the hotel's restaurants. We ate therefore at Jiang Nan Chun, the Chinese restaurant of the hotel
( total bill S$242), and the next day, at Nobu Japanese restaurant ( total bill- around $402). When we checked out, however, the discount was not given, even if the restaurant's
waiter told us that the discount would be given upon check out from the hotel. ( The total amount spent on the two restaurants was S$645!)
2) The most shocking thing was that the flush of the towel bowl did not work on Sunday, May 26. We used the flush but the water was overflowing and the feces were floating about. So we tried to pour water into the toilet bowl three times by using the waste can of the toilet to fill it full with water to flush the toilet but still to no avail. Finally, we had to ask for help from the hotel staff to solve the problem. The hotel staff later gave us a plate of fruits and a short letter of apology for the inconvenience caused.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is accessible to MRT, mall and even market where you can biy souvenirs. The hotel facade and lobby look nice. But the rooms are old and smell mold. It's also hot inside the room . The only complimentary are bathsoap and shower essentials. There is no toothbrush and slippers.

Undoubtedly, one of the best locations, convenient transport access, a lot of meals and shops around. The view from the 10th floor is a superior one, the room is quite large and well handled, handful of boxes and storage. However, Very limited set of shower and sanitary items, like one universal liquid for all the places) the shower stream is weak and hairdryer is too hot with no adjustments. very narrow entrance to the room. The price is pretty high, so think over which is better - to walk to downtown or choose more distant and cheaper variant.

Very Good
SSarahsosoIt’s very comfortable to live in Conrad. The room design is very user friendly. Lightings are very good and comfy. I like the sofa a lot, it’s super big. I can lie to rest for a while before going to shower. The breakfast is rly great and the refill is super fast. The location is good, it’s very near to promenade MRT station. It would be definitely my choice again when I come Singapore next time!

BbbugguThis was the best experience for me. Jasper ong and violet tan were the best. Especially, they were so kind. And violet gave me the comfort of a mother. Next time, I want to sleep on the highest rank in the suite. If you have a survey email, please send it here. I want to compliment the staff.

BBearyHKA great hotel with a good location ( near tanjong pagar mrt) with lots of eateries around. My partner and I stayed in a club room for 1 night. The room looks clean and new. The club lounge was very cozy and comfortable. Very good vibes for chilling there. It comes with small bites like sandwiches/croissant in the afternoon, whole day cookies ,biscuits , chips and juices available. However, we were quite disappoint with the evening cocktails. Saw many good reviews about their club lounge but I guess we came at the wrong timing as I heard from the manager that this weeks’s booking for club were less than 5 ppl hence it will only served Ala Carte items like spring roll and yakitori just that it’s unlimited serving. Kinda wasted as I was still looking forward to their seafoods ( based on those reviews) nevertheless, we were well served by Jasper and Rayyis. Even though we were the only guest at the lounge, they are always ready to refill our drinks for us. They were very friendly too 👍🏻hopefully next time will get to try their full menu.

HHKK123Best hotel in the city centre. Marriott always does extra miles. We are given a new room as the previous one is pretty noisy due to its proximity with the restaurant. The customer service team are excellent (Ms. Visakh) and the guest relation team (Ms. Mary Gloriani) for the birthday decorations for my daughter.
Breakfast is always the best. I believe the best in Singapore in terms of quality and variety.
Will definitely coming back again

SSiti_ZarinaThe staycation was awesome and the kids enjoyed it. Especially when the pool and the beach just next to each other. For the room service, I was amazed by the trolley with warmer beneath. Not sure if this is something new or I missed out on this. Food is nice too. However, for the steam buns, the kids suggested that instead of kaya, perhaps the restaurant could try nutella or chocolate filling instead of kaya.
The staff are friendly, kind and caring as well. Since it is xmas, they left us a pouch full of candies for xmas gift. How thoughtful is that. Overall, awesome! Thank you for having us!

MMui HuangWe faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief.
Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery.
The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

AAnonymous UserThe room is bigger than the one I booked last minute. Overall is a not bad stay, just that the shower room got abit smell down from the pipe. We also did not request for a change of room since it’s just one night.
There is not much city view because the building opposite to is ICA. We gotten a room at level 7 over 15 floors. To conclude, the hotel service is good and friendly.
Note: There is no face towel, no cotton bud, no comb, no kettle provided.
Only provide filtered water machine, dental kit, sanitary pads and body towels.
