Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.
