GGuest UserThe service of the lady at the front desk was very good and I was very satisfied. If I ordered takeout, it would be delivered quickly. She would greet me when she met me on the road. She was very polite. When I checked out, she told me not to catch a cold because it was hot outside. She gave me a bottle of mineral water, which was very heartwarming. The smell in the lobby was good. I asked and found out that it was the unique aromatherapy smell of Atour. It was very fragrant. I will choose Atour to stay next time

YYueran1983The Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions welcomed the 2025 Dragon Boat Festival with rain. It would be a bad idea not to go out for a walk with the kids during the holidays, so we had to choose a city closer to Hangzhou to spend the holiday. We finally found a newly opened Junlan Hotel in Cixi Hangzhou Bay New Area and decided to go and experience it. It was already past 8 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel on the Dragon Boat Festival. Xiao Zhou, who received us at the front desk, was very enthusiastic and professional. After checking in, we couldn't wait to enter the room. The Junlan brand did not disappoint us. Whether it is facilities and equipment, hotel environment or staff service, it has always maintained a stable level. During the stay, some small situations were also assisted by Miss Zhou very carefully and quickly. The only drawback of this holiday was the weather.

Our room was spacious and bright, featuring a smart voice assistant (XiaoDu XiaoDu) which was very intelligent. The comfortable bed ensured an excellent night's sleep. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

AamabilisinsaniaThe hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

The breakfast is good with a great variety of flavor. I just missed some cheese or ham.
Personally, the AC was set too hot, always 23°C. Anyway the windows are able to be opened.
Inside the hotel, on 2nd floor, there is also a Japanese restaurant very tasty.

Facilities: The villa is fully equipped, including hot springs, mahjong TV, etc.
Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it

GGuest UserThe hotel feels very good, the whole stay is particularly pleasant and safe, the room layout is also my favorite style, all kinds of facilities are complete, the room is very clean, the room is relatively large, the small voice control is very convenient, the bath water is very large. The front desk Sisi service is very good, I like it very much. The parking lot is large, don't worry about the car having no place to park. It’s only a few minutes walk from Wuyue, especially convenient for travel.
