GGuest UserIt was my first time staying at Atour Hotel. It was very cold and late. When Jiang Yu from the front desk helped me check in, he brought me a cup of tea to warm my hands. I felt that it not only warmed my hands but also my heart. I was drunk at the time and my mind was confused. I couldn't hear the words from the front desk clearly. I was in a bad mood and a little irritable. The front desk manager Ran Ning calmed me down immediately, checked me in and sent me to the room. He told me that I could call the front desk if I felt uncomfortable. I said yes. After entering the room, I felt that the room facilities and equipment were very new and comprehensive. The room was also very large. A few minutes later, someone knocked on the door. It was the front desk manager Ran Ning who brought me a bowl of millet porridge, sobering tea and two bottles of warm water. Seeing that I was very uncomfortable, he quickly let me drink two sips of sobering tea and gave me two hot towels to wipe my face. Atour's service is really great. , Ran Ning came in to help me turn on the air conditioner and took off my slippers and put them next to the bed. She also brought an air purifier and put it next to my bed and turned it on for me. The service was very thoughtful and I had no complaints. I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat and was very thirsty, but I didn’t want to drink ice water, so I called the front desk to ask for two bottles of warm water. The phone didn’t ring for a few times before Jiang Yu at the front desk answered the phone. After learning about my request, he immediately told me that it was okay and the front desk buddy would go up and send it to me immediately. I was very worried at first that I would trouble them, but the front desk acted quickly. Not long after, Jiang Yu at the front desk knocked on the door and brought me a large cup of hot water and honey lemon water from the front desk, which made me really feel the high-quality service of Atour. This was also my first time staying in Atour, and I felt the caring service that was different from other hotels. I will definitely stay in Atour often in the future

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThis hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Ctrip in advance for my May Day holiday trip to Hangzhou Bay, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. We checked in that afternoon. A month prior, I had arranged with the hotel to have all our rooms on the same floor, but upon check-in, some family members still ended up on a different floor than us. This might have been due to the high occupancy during the May Day holiday. The rooms aren't large, but they have everything you need. The only minor drawback was that some facilities were a bit broken, possibly because of the sudden high occupancy, but the hotel's engineering team promptly came to inspect and repair them. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel. The breakfast was decent, and I commend the hotel for implementing staggered entry for the large crowds. All in all, I recommend staying here! It's very close to all the major attractions, and the staff's service attitude was absolutely fantastic – kudos to them!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

KKarla de MagalhãesThe hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet.
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. The shower water is big enough, but it is easy to leak outside. The smart toilet is not smart, but it works. The hotel is not far from the snack street on foot, it is still worth recommending

GGuest UserThe hotel feels very good, the whole stay is particularly pleasant and safe, the room layout is also my favorite style, all kinds of facilities are complete, the room is very clean, the room is relatively large, the small voice control is very convenient, the bath water is very large. The front desk Sisi service is very good, I like it very much. The parking lot is large, don't worry about the car having no place to park. It’s only a few minutes walk from Wuyue, especially convenient for travel.

Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it

KKongkongru-??Giving it a five-star rating out of habit, but I do have a few complaints: The shower only has shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. They only provide two bottles of cheap Ice Dew mineral water, and you have to call room service for more, whereas before they used to provide four or six. The outlets are definitely old; charging plugs easily fall out. If you don't specifically ask the front desk, they only give you one key card and don't proactively offer an extra for charging. The price of Tower A remains stubbornly high, and the occupancy rate isn't what it used to be, judging by the emptier parking lot. With more and more new hotels popping up nearby, there are now more choices. If they don't make some changes, it's going to be tough for them. Also, the toilet flush is weak, and there's no place to put your phone.
