"Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing. Some points that I'm not very satisfied with: 1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers. 2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves. 3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it. Our family, old and young, spent Chinese New Year's Eve and the following day on a two-day, one-night trip at the Junlan, occupying four rooms, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of online booking, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with changing rooms to king-size beds and connecting us with the catering department to book our New Year's Eve dinner. Mr. Fang from the catering department helped us with the menu, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel did a fantastic job with the New Year's atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large balcony. Every detail of the hotel showcased its exquisite operational philosophy. Xiao Yun provided excellent service on-site, and the breakfast spread was very rich. The hotel's location is superb; just walk through the hotel's tea bar to the back, and you'll reach Baoyun Lake, where the lakeside area is perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery.

We originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

The room was alright. I liked the small sofa design, but there was only one power outlet next to the desk, which was a bit inconvenient. It was quite comfortable to sleep in, though. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I brought disposable bedding. I completely forgot about the late-night comfort food, but I already had breakfast. The selection wasn't huge, but it was pretty complete, and there was even a toaster, haha!

Getting to the room by electric scooter was a fun experience. A very novel hotel model. The mattress was very comfortable, but the bathroom light was too dim; you could barely see your face. The environment was very quiet, and I slept very comfortably. The hot spring itself has its own saltiness and is just steps from the room. There's a large square nearby, which is very convenient. The only downside was the breakfast; it wasn't very impressive. I hope they improve it—the steamed buns were a bit hard, and the fried noodles were a bit cold. There's a fun little playground for kids on the second floor above the reception.

The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours.
