Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing.
Some points that I'm not very satisfied with:
1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers.
2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves.
3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it.
Other things are pretty satisfactory.

Anonymous UserThe room was alright. I liked the small sofa design, but there was only one power outlet next to the desk, which was a bit inconvenient. It was quite comfortable to sleep in, though. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I brought disposable bedding. I completely forgot about the late-night comfort food, but I already had breakfast. The selection wasn't huge, but it was pretty complete, and there was even a toaster, haha!

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Guest UserThis stay experience is really beyond expectations, the location of the store is easy to find, and it is very convenient to eat and drink around. The front desk staff is gentle and efficient and fast. The rooms are cleaned, there is no smell, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the rest at night is completely undisturbed by the outside world. The hydropower, air conditioning and bathroom equipment are running smoothly, and the supporting facilities are all available. The price is far more than the same price hotel, the stay is comfortable, the first choice for travel accommodation, has been collected, and will stay again in the future.

It is very convenient to go out, and the location is great. When checking in, the front desk immediately handed me a bottle of water and fruits. It's great, the room is very clean, the guest room aunt is super friendly, the air conditioning in the room is super powerful, the super big TV is very convenient, the first choice for business trips, next to Fantawild, super convenient. I will choose this place next time and will recommend it to my friends. It’s great. Like it. Like it.
