"Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing. Some points that I'm not very satisfied with: 1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers. 2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves. 3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it. Other things are pretty satisfactory."

Our family, old and young, spent Chinese New Year's Eve and the following day on a two-day, one-night trip at the Junlan, occupying four rooms, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of online booking, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with changing rooms to king-size beds and connecting us with the catering department to book our New Year's Eve dinner. Mr. Fang from the catering department helped us with the menu, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel did a fantastic job with the New Year's atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large balcony. Every detail of the hotel showcased its exquisite operational philosophy. Xiao Yun provided excellent service on-site, and the breakfast spread was very rich. The hotel's location is superb; just walk through the hotel's tea bar to the back, and you'll reach Baoyun Lake, where the lakeside area is perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery.

We originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

The room was alright. I liked the small sofa design, but there was only one power outlet next to the desk, which was a bit inconvenient. It was quite comfortable to sleep in, though. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I brought disposable bedding. I completely forgot about the late-night comfort food, but I already had breakfast. The selection wasn't huge, but it was pretty complete, and there was even a toaster, haha!

漫灣温泉酒店2026年初一入住，從上海帶了四家人入住，訂了5個房間，漫灣温泉酒店與杭州灣大酒店共用一個大堂，杭州灣大酒店來住過多次，漫灣温泉酒店是這二年剛開業的，裏面錯綜的各式平房建築，造型各異，房型也各不相同，所以網上訂，光看圖片會有少許不同，但服務員態度實在是太棒了，根據我們的需求，都給合理的安排了，根據房型，大小不同，我們訂了幾個房型，有院子的，無院子的，有浴缸的，無浴缸的，各有千秋，我們連住二晚，所以大家都特別開心。房間附近有各種湯池，下午入住已有許多湯池開放了，隨客人增多，晚上還會新增湯池，湯池的水特別乾淨，每天都換，根據房型有公湯和私湯區分，私湯在房內開啟另收費，温泉水温調的非常到位，下午泡泡腳曬曬背，聊聊天打打牌等，早餐38元一位，這個價格的早餐，性價比特別高，整體入住感很諧意，很喜歡。

Come for the exam, this hotel is temporarily set, after the goods are three, I chose this one. The young lady at the front desk was very good. Although we hadn't placed an order at the beginning, we proposed to go to see the hotel situation first, and took us to see the room without saying anything. 我入住了該酒店，入住後，覺得性價比很高，畢竟那麼幾塊錢，床上用品，被套之類，都很新，很白，也很乾凈。房間衞生做的很好，很乾凈。前台服務員工作很認真，我衹有付款寶身份證號碼，服務員耐心的接待，説可以刷臉入住的，帶我到房間，因為我東西帶的多，還幫我開電梯，開門，送到房間，還告訴我，無線怎麼弄，電視怎麼開，熱情周到仔細的服務。讓我感受到目前的大環境下，經商需要的就是服務。酒店環境很好，乾淨衞生，交通方便，還有小吃一條街。購物中心在邊上。酒店位置屬於鬧中取靜！
