GGuest UserThe service of the lady at the front desk was very good and I was very satisfied. If I ordered takeout, it would be delivered quickly. She would greet me when she met me on the road. She was very polite. When I checked out, she told me not to catch a cold because it was hot outside. She gave me a bottle of mineral water, which was very heartwarming. The smell in the lobby was good. I asked and found out that it was the unique aromatherapy smell of Atour. It was very fragrant. I will choose Atour to stay next time

GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

SSituoketademeienweizifuI'm really sorry for forgetting to comment. The hotel is OK, the parking lot is not big, and the parking is disorderly. It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. The shower water is big enough, but it is easy to leak outside. The smart toilet is not smart, but it works. The hotel is not far from the snack street on foot, it is still worth recommending

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

KKarla de MagalhãesThe hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet.
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

这次入住慈溪回禾国际饭店，整体体验很不错，整体性价比很高。
优点：
1. 客房设计特别出彩，装修风格简约大气，布局合理，住着舒适又有质感，入住观感特别好。
2. 酒店工作人员服务态度超贴心，尤其是樓层房務张姑娘，服务周到热情，全程体验感很好,早餐就是 四鑽來講還算不錯
3. 房务部工作人员响应及时、做事细心，保洁和客房整理都做得很到位，服务特别专业。
不足建议：
唯一小缺点就是房间隔音效果一般，偶尔能听到走廊和隔壁的动静，容易受打扰，希望酒店后续可以优化隔音设施，提升入住静谧感。
整体来说抛开隔音小问题，不管是房型设计还是工作人员服务都很值得推荐，下次来慈溪还会选择入住。

GGuest UserThe hotel address is good, parking is convenient, and the park is next to it. I went to the May Day holiday and spent a long time in the park on the last day, which was very good. The hotel breakfast is also very good, more abundant than Hangzhou Bay International Hotel, and the service is more thoughtful. Facilities: The villa is fully equipped, including hot springs, mahjong TV, etc.
Sanitation: Each room has its own sanitary facilities, clean and tidy
Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
