The owner is friendly. The place itself is in a residential area, more than an hour's walk to the center. 40 minutes walk to Colombo Fort station. The rooms are clean, but the hotel clearly needs renovation. When it rains heavily, the bathroom leaks a lot. There is no hot water (although when it's +35 outside, it is not needed). The room was never cleaned, water was not brought, and towels were not changed for three days. It is better to look for options near the sea or closer to the center.
