The hotel is situated in a quiet area close to the metro. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby and also a free swimming bath. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are limited as the only communal area was closed much of the time and there no hot drink facilities in the room. Breakfast is available but only at 9am, not great if your an early bird or want to get off sightseeing early. Also, the WiFi requires a fee and is rather hit and miss in terms of connectivity. Not at all bad for a budget option with private rooms but could be better.

Although the front desk stated that service was available from 7am to 11pm, there was no one there at 5pm and I couldn't access the lobby where hot water and other warm drinks were available. Also, Wi-Fi is a paid service, so the front desk was closed and I couldn't sign up for the paid service even if I wanted to.
The shared bathroom and toilets were clean, and the towels were clean. You should be prepared for a minimum stay without meals.
The location is great, as it's close to the station and within walking distance of a delicious Danish pastry cafe.

Not far from kirkjufell, beautiful view, easy to find accommodation, easy to travel, stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, had to carry luggage up the stairs, a bit steep and narrow. The bathroom is on the ground floor, there is liquid soap, a hair dryer, there is a spacious kitchen, kitchen equipment, oven, microwave, refrigerator, complete, lots of parking, very clean.

We stayed overnight in the structure on 01/2023, the structure is located near the subway so it is convenient for getting to the center.
The room upon arrival was quite dirty and very simple, both the floor and the sheets / towels were dirty (they had stains).
There were no particular services apart from the presence of the young lady at the reception upon arrival.

The hotel is ok. We had a room to the yard so it was possible to sleep with window open. The hotel does not have wifi. The beds were comfortable

This hotel was not an enjoyable part of my trip, sadly. I felt like parts could do with a deep clean. Instructions to get into the building to check in was also not ideal. Myself and another guest were standing at the door confused, couldn’t find what we needed etc! Things were also dirty! Wouldn’t stay here again.

The quality of the hotel reflected the price. Overall, the cleanliness was good and the check in process was easy despite the reception being closed. The hotel does not have wifi or any kind of breakfast service as advertised online so be aware of that. For a fair price, somewhere to sleep, clean, and the basics you need this was a good option. The location was great, a 5 minute walk away from the metro and very easy to get to the airport and the city centre.
