The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the city centre. All the major tourist attractions are within walking distance, and the surroundings are beautiful and feel safe to walk around. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, and Tivoli Gardens is extremely close by. The hotel is always busy and lively. I was a little concerned about safety because I had to catch a bus to the airport at 3 a.m., but the bus stop was very close, and there were always people around the hotel area. The staff are also available 24/7. You will be lucky if you get clean, quiet, and considerate roommates. The bathroom is quite small, and I think the lower bunk located right next to the bathroom is probably the most inconvenient bed, as you have to deal with quite a lot of noise. The lockers in the rooms are not large enough to fit a cabin-sized suitcase and can only accommodate a small backpack. You also need to bring your own padlock, and I would recommend bringing slippers as well. The bed itself looked clean, but the storage compartments and the gaps around the bed were quite dirty. However, considering how large and busy the hotel is, I can understand that it may be difficult to keep every area perfectly clean at all times.

Great location, about 700m from the train station and super close to Tivoli Gardens. Staff were lovely, and there's a huge communal space downstairs (though I didn't using it). But the room was tiny, the lockers were a pain to use, and even though the sheets were clean, the mattress and duvet looked pretty old and dirty.

Better than you can expect. Sadly I only has half day in this beautifull city of Denmark

Really strategic location and the public bus just stop right in front. It brought alot convenience for those travel to and back to Airport. The room is clean, mattress is comfortable, just the room size is quite small.

There’s an extra charge for using the rooftop kitchen area. The bathroom lights are motion-sensor-activated, so you have to wave your hand repeatedly, which is annoying. Towels aren’t changed during your stay, and when I hung mine in the same spot as my roommate’s, I found marks where she’d touched it with her foundation-covered hands—it grossed me out so much I couldn’t use it anymore… Other than that, there are lots of fun events held every day.

✅ Excellent location — only a few minutes’ walk from Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and the city center. ✅ Modern design — feels more like a hotel + hostel than a traditional hostel. ✅ Great for solo travelers — easy to meet people, with a social atmosphere, bar, activities, gym, and common areas. ✅ Clean and comfortable capsule-style beds with good privacy. ✅ Good value compared with expensive Copenhagen hotels.
