Good location with friendly staff, a good breakfast and comfortable rooms. The staff in particular are very helpful and I enjoyed speaking to them. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast has a great tasty selection.

The hotel rooms are simple, but clean and I had what I needed including a tea making facility, which I love. The room was bright and definitely big enough for me & the bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet was nice and there was a good choice of delicious foods - my friend and I were both very happy with it despite having totally different preferences for breakfast. The tea selection is also really much appreciated - all pukka teas and nice varieties! I liked that the lobby has some communal seating areas and that there is lemon water on offer at all times. The checkin process was marred by the fact that my friend and I wished to pay separately, but the checkin staff charged both rooms to my credit card, then told us he could not undo that and it would take up to 10 days to appear back on my account. He basically asked us to sort it out amongst ourselves. That proved difficult and costly for us as we live in 2 different countries and the bank charges for this amounted to £42 in total, which is really really annoying - not to speak of the 2 evenings we had to mess about with this as it proved so annoyingly difficult. Would I stay here again? Possibly not as location was not the best, quite long walks to most places we wanted to get to and there were no restaurants at the hotel or very close by.

This is such a lovely hotel, I’m a mum and stayed there with 1 adult and 1 teen child. The hotel has the most friendly, most helpful, most welcoming staff I’ve probably ever come across anywhere. The hotel overall was very clean and fresh. Our room was very clean too, crisp clean white bedsheets, comfortable beds & very fluffy comfortable pillows. Wifi good, room quiet, towels etc and everything needed was there. The location was brilliant, across the road from train station & 2 mins from Tivoli Gardens. I felt very safe and very looked after and I would absolutely go back if we visit lovely Copenhagen again.

What we liked the most was how polite and friendly the staff at the desk were. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a decent selection of pastries, fruit, cheese and other products. Location was also very good. A 10-min walk from the main train station and the centre.

We had a lovely city break in Copenhagen and our stay in the Mercur hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel was very close to the central station. The people who work there are very kind and welcoming, very good service. The rooms are perfect, not too big but also not too small. This hotel is perfect for a nice city trip!
