The wooden bridge behind the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel is really amazing. Some people are running, swimming, and riding bicycles. The photos are also very good. The hotel rooms are also very large and the service is very good. Located in the city center, it is also very convenient to go to Tivoli Gardens.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff were always happy to help, especially the restaurant staff. The pool is not free for guests - it’s part of the paid for spa experience which was around 300 DKK per person. The luggage storage is 50 DKK per 4 hours so if you plan to leave your luggage at the hotel during the day you check out then you will need to pay for it.

Scandic Copenhagen is certainly at the top of the quality you can expect from a hotel. If you are looking for details/nice-to-have: The reception could have been a little more engaged when we had questions. Minibar/fridge in the room would be nice. Poor options for connecting your own media to the TV. Missed the standard fried egg at breakfast. This is details which a lot of hotels don't have, so we didn't expect it. Cleaning must be ordered at reception, which I think is a nice solution - but I would prefered a more digital solution. If we had stayed longer, I would be nice to ”order” towels or laundry/pick up in the hallway.

I am Danish and I would not say that 25hours hotel is a luxury hotel. There are many shortcomings. It is beautifully located in the middle of Copenhagen behind the Roundtower. It is well soundproofed, so you can hear minimal outside noise at night. It is comfortably furnished and the mattresses on the beds are good. However, a mattress topper was missing. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner at Neni as well. The staff were nice, but not that service minded. The window in the room could not be opened. No rooms have a real bathroom. There is a separate toilet and shower and the sink is located in the room. We didn't like that and didn't think there was any luxury in it. Only body soap, shampoo and body lotion are available. A luxury hotel has a somewhat larger selection! There are only free channels on TV because the hotel believes that guests can chromecast what they want to watch. (I wonder how the foreign tourists do it)? The chrome caster in our room didn't work and since we are not young and going out on the town, we had been looking forward to enjoying the evening with a good TV programme. We were probably cheated there! The receptionist apologized and only after asking for a refund of the price, could she offer us a couple of vouchers for the bar. We think this was very petty of a so-called luxury hotel where you expect things to be in order. But she wanted to mention it to the morning receptionist so we could get a refund. She apparently forgot about this because there was no comment about it at checkout and the poor receptionist who was all alone didn't know what to do. The line behind us was growing, so I suggested that she could refund us the breakfast, which she was relieved about. At check-in we were told that there was a sauna and we could borrow bathrobes and slippers at the reception. We said we would look forward to this until the next morning. But fooled again... when we wanted to go to the sauna after breakfast, we were told that it opened at 2pm... honestly why didn't the receptionist mention it the day before. Service.. no, unfortunately the hotel does not know this word. We really like to go to luxury hotels once in a while on different occasions, precisely because we know that things just work there - like Guldsmeden's hotels, Nimb and D'angleterre. But 25hours Hotel unfortunately does not fall into this category. What you pay for here is exclusively the decor, and it is paid dearly.

I've stayed many times at this hotel. Such a great location within the city and the hotel itself is an architectural and historical gem. Gracious and welcoming staff. Breakfast is continental with some great Danish elements mixed in. Very quality and eco-conscious.

It is really nice, the room is clean and suitable. And the employee is kind.
The location is good and you can buy things easily. It is convenient to take bus or train, both are close to the hotel, and the hall of hotel is beautiful. Besides, you can see beautiful sense in the room.
The hotel is a good choice for travel and desire to try.

The location is unbelievable. 5/5 The public areas are superb. 5/5 The suites are well out fitted , tiny issues such as chromecast does not work. Some very very small maintenance upkeep in bathroom 108 needed. 4/5 . Recommend booking larger suites work your way top down- as with all of Europe the rooms are tiny - and I mean tiny , thats the way it is- though take note. Service efficinency 4/5 Service interaction/tone 2/5 Barriers A helpful suggestion is anyone who might need luggage assistance, to offer support for a fee. I took my suitcase down to the luggage room the night before departing as it was large and 23kg due to a very long term journey. Im glad I did as it saved waking other guests early struggling up and down corridor steps. The experience What was most surprising was as I struggled several times over several minutes to lift the bag up the several steps of the bar( to the street) .....even at one stage my bag was too heavy for me and dropped from the top step to the bottom.....the bar staff stood behind the bar. Hands on ar , watching the entire time. Most remarkable ! I know its not their job to help Though really? Ten seconds wouldve helped me get that first lift For me what was missing is common street courtesy manners and common sense. If I see a person needing very quick assistance I offer help Solution/ideal outcome THE most important part of any stay is the tone, set by all the team. Everyone was automatically polite , the bar staff were almost robotic, blank. Odd What a guest detects quickly is the missing sincerity , from service delivery . Genuine enthusiasm passion and pride Costs the business nothing yet creates the most valuable distinction - nice rooms and location makes it good- people are what make it great Recognition The two outstanding team members are Sayid and Marco. These two cobtributed a DNA and ' brand' standard. All this feedback is about basic serice levels, Im not measuring on anything above and beyond. I would love to see the feedback taken on and embraced by all front desk, bar staff .....to deliver something special to remember in future. Something different to every other large hotel chain. The owner has done a cracking job - respect .

The location is excellent, near the New Port. It takes 700 meters to walk from the airport to the New Port by subway. The main attractions can be reached on foot, such as the New Port, Rosenborg Palace, Frederick Church, Mermaid, etc. The room is on the canal, with a panoramic view of the Opera House and the Royal Theater. Although the room is not big, it has a strong sense of design, good quality, and antique style. There is a Chinese restaurant (Dongyuan) near the New Port, and the food is OK.

Had to change the deluxe room we booked as it was tiny and overlooking a roof covered in bird poo. They gave us another deluxe room on the fifth floor that was much larger and more comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries nice. No mini bar. No complimentary water. Nowhere to hang bathrobes. Bathrobes and towels were not the fluffiest and towels too small. One day our room wasn’t cleaned until 4:15pm which was too late for us as we were relaxing. Rooftop bar was cool and restaurant was nice. Overall I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel

GGuest UserIt wasn't my first time in Copenhagen but I'm sure that if I will come back again Phoenix Copenhagen will be my hotel. Excellent position in the heart of the city, really close to all the main attractions and metro. The hotel its huge, very clean, the staff super friendly and gentle. In the room the coffee it's free and there is a mini bar that's ok. Really recommended.

Great location near Norreport Station / Apartments are well appointed, clean and warm and the off street central courtyard is very quiet and peaceful. The apartments offer excellent value for money based on the comfort provided and location. Some minor bug bears are if staying on the 2nd floor then there are no elevators and it is a bit of a drag with luggage and also during my stay I was woken up by the bins at the property next door being emptied at approx 4am and on another occasion by a person who did not appear to be a resident searching the refuse bins at the property and making a hell of a lot of noise at 6am in the morning.

GGuest Userless than a 10 minute walk from the Kongens Nytorv metro station {direct from the airport 36dkr). Check in smooth, lady on reception, excellent, friendly and informative. Room was ready, not much of a view but was comfortable, bed was excellent, shower was powerful and refreshing (watch out for flooding the bathroom floor) TV, kettle, water. Breakfast, wow. The best scrambled eggs ever.. you could have boiled or an omelette, apart from the excellent cooked food, there was a cold table, salmon, vegetables, yoghurt, fruit. freshly cooked bread and pastries. Location, I think everyone will say it is in the best location for everything, it is. 20 minute walk to Tivoli gardens or the botaniclal gardens and butterfly park. Be warned it will take longer as there are many distractions on the way. Nyhavn is just around the corner (5 minutes) with plenty of bars and restaraunts and starting points for canal cruise and hop off bus. 20 minutes to Christiania (well worth a vist). would i stay again? yep, no problem. Excellent hotel, thank you. oh, they also have bicycles available if you wish to go a little further afield.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 1 night before joining our tour the next day and it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated and clean. It was a great location for walking to everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was small not much room to move around but it was perfect for a quick night stay for the 2 of us

Very Good
GGuest UserNeat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway.
As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression.
All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

YYINGHONGThe hotel is in the city centre, right next to the National Museum. Copenhagen Airport is very close to the city, and it takes about 20 minutes by train to the Central Station. Walk from Central Station to the hotel for about 10 minutes. The service of the hotel was also very good. It was raining, the hotel umbrella was borrowed, and the waiter tried to find a way for me.

WWilliamThought there was canine staying in the room with the previous customer as the stench was very strong. But it was the same after the helpful staff changed my room: realised it was the carpet of the hotel that probably needed a bit of thoroughly deep cleaning. Otherwise the room is ok / reasonably good value for money. It is old and gloomy but with the rates charged it is tolerable.
