All 12 of us had a wonderful 4 nights, the staff were simply exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The very relaxed nature of the hotel was charming, and everything worked very well. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, and everything worked well.

From the moment we arrived here we felt relaxed, the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. The staff for breakfast were really friendly and always smiling. What really impressed me here are the leisure center staff, I am sensitive to noise, and they tried to let me know the best time for me to use the sauna etc, where I could get the best enjoyment, Tom in particular, was very understanding, he could have easily shrugged me off, but went out of his way. We will be back here again without a doubt, especially with the new large sauna, large jacuzzi, new steam room being built. The place is spotless as well.

Rachel at reception saved our vacation to Cork! Upon arrival to Cork, our airbnb had visible mold and smelled of mildew. Even though the Jury's Inn was fully booked, she helped us try to find a new location. After spending time in your lobby, Rachel rushed out to tell us there was a cancelation! Not only did she help us get a room, she provided complimentary drinks for ”our rough day”. I can't say enough good things about how caring Rachel was through the entire process.
