This hotel is nearby everything - convenience store, restaurants, cafes. This building seems old tho but this is something you may want to consider if you're working within your budget.

Nice courtyard with pool and garden.
The staff is friendly, nearby (if you go to the right when leaving the hotel) there is a cafe for locals, which has many local dishes with good portions for 100 pesos

Stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights. Here's my review: Location: In the city center, quiet, safe, and close to many restaurants, groceries & landmarks. Price: Budget-friendly, booked our entire stay for 7k pesos only. Amenities: Pool, mini bar, restaurant, room with decent AC and hot water, and a mini garden with a designated smoking area. Staff: Friendly and accommodating. Rooms: A bit dated, but spacious and clean. Lastly, the owner is very hands-on with guest concerns and is always there to accommodate them.

If you want to be in the center of Coron and have a sense of privacy this is the place for you. I chose a deluxe room on the first floor overlooking the pool. Room normal by Philippine standards, but very large; comfortable beds, hot water and acclimatization working well. The pool was clean and pleasant. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and very attentive to the hotel environment, breakfast was monotonous but tasty. The only downside - for a week of stay no one cleaned the room, only towels were changed. The hotel is located in the center so be prepared for quite a lot of noise.

Hotel very well located in the city center. The rooms are large, showers with hot water and wifi. The breakfast is very good. All the staff is very pleasant and always ready to help. In addition there is a large swimming pool, which is very pleasant because there is no beach in Coron. Very good value for money.
