"Awesome hotel. We had the family room which had 2 double beds and 2 singles. For our family of 5 great. Kids loved the buffet breakfast. Plenty of tuk tuks out front if you want to go into town (5 mins) or airport (20 mins). There is 3 pools. We spent time at a different one each day. We had had a pretty full on trip beforehand so this was the perfect hotel to relax for a bit. Restaurant was good for dinner too. Lots of food options in town too. Good location to get to the port too for any day trips. Highly recommend."

"The room we booked was really small but I guess that it why it’s called the Cozy Inn! However it was perfect for what we needed, the beds were comfy and there was enough space for our backpacks and to get ready. The shower was warm and the aircon worked well. The room was tidy and clean but we did find 2 german cockroaches in our room on our 2nd to last and our last night out of our 5 night stay. We didn’t get chance to let staff know upon check out as we were leaving early and there was no one at the desk!"

The room is on the small side, the mattress was too firm for my liking. The air conditioning was not strong enough and very noisy. Our room doesn't have a window so any smell from bathroom couldn't leave the room quickly. There is a common bathroom outside we could use. Water fountain outside which was very handy. Overall, I would not stay here again because my partner couldn't get a good sleep due to the mattress. However, if you are looking for value for money, this hotel provides good value."

"My first night I was put into a floating villa that was conjoined and only 13 square meters when it was meant to be 20 on the description for my booking. The villa was shaking like crazy when the person beside me was walking around it was scary but thankfully the next day they changed me to a normal room in the main building which was really nice. However I was not aware that this hotel was on a remote island away from the town & the boat shuttle only goes between 8am & 7:30pm so if I wanted to do an earlier tour or stay out late I could not. This was really frustrating as a solo traveller because I was invited out many nights by people I met in the town but I couldn’t go. They charge 2500 for a boat out of hours but that’s only until 11pm and cost more than the night at the hotel which is crazy. It should be a more reasonable cost for the boat at later hours such as 1000 even. My first two times at the “Free included” breakfast the girl at the restaurant tried to charge me to have two slices of toast with my eggs and charge for the milk with my tea which was crazy I never experienced that before & I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world. It would have been a better stay for older people & couples who don’t care to go out at night & socalise but as a solo traveller I really don’t recommend and even in general I don’t too much even though the pool was nice most of the staff especially the girls had a bad attitude asides from one that only worked sometimes at the reception & one girl that barley worked at the restaurant sometimes. It was my worst hotel stay in a long time. My worst was a really unclean place in Mexico that had a scorpion & dirty tampon in the room. This came close but thankfully was clean. I just felt like I was staying at my grandmothers house with the time restrictions even my grandmother is not that strict. I felt a bit under control which I don’t like I want to enjoy my vacation. The omelette at breakfast was good & calamari, the other food was not good. They also had a very skinny dog they owned that looked sick I felt so bad for it they should really take better care of the dog. 😭"

"The hotel has a very convenient location, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were just a few small issues. After coming back from swimming, we wanted to take a shower but there was no water, so we had to wait about one hour, which was a bit inconvenient. On our last day, we also found a big cockroach in the room, which was unpleasant. Additionally, if you need items such as a toothbrush or soap, you have to request them at the reception. Overall, the stay was good. The food was nice as well, and you choose your meals from the previous day, which worked fine for us."

"I was given room 211, which turned out to be opposite a local house with roosters that started crowing from midnight until 6 AM. Unable to bear it, I went to ask for a room change at 4 AM. That evening, I was moved to another room, 203, in a different, further block. I could still hear some crowing there, but it wasn't as bad. The breakfast food was sparse and unappetizing; there was really nothing good to eat. However, ordering from the menu at the restaurants was superb – delicious at all three! The pool was dirty and murky. There were also a lot of mosquitoes, so definitely bring repellent. Many things were missing in the room: towels, shower gel, shampoo, and slippers. I had to call and ask for them to be brought every single time. The staff tried hard and were friendly, bringing a small cake and a note every evening as a compliment. But otherwise, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, 1,000,000%."
