"Please note most double superior rooms do not have a window. This should be advertised as the feeling is like being in a cage, horrible. We complaint and finally they gave us another room with a balcony so much better however the toilet was blocked. They fixed it but overall the experience was not great. Breakfast is just ok. The staff is nice though and they try to help."

"It is a great place for discovering Coron and not to stay at overcrowded center of Coron Town. It is very calm. We stayed in superior villa with 4 beds (inside there is a higher floor with two additional beds. There was a big terrace outside, very comfortable and small kitchen with basic things. Hot and cold water tank for free. Meals are a little expensive but so big that you can order only one for two person. The staf is very helpfull. Only not good thing was s pool, more then bird bath. Very small, full of chemicals, don't count with using it. If you want to go to the city, ask staff, they call tricycle only for 35p/person. "

"I was initially given a room that had long hair in the shower and showed signs it had not been cleaned. After raising this, I was moved to a second room. The second room had visible blood stains on the bedsheets, which is a serious hygiene concern. I have video evidence of this. There was also a persistent mechanical or motor noise throughout the night. Because this property is on an island and it was late at night, finding alternative accommodation was not realistically possible. I left the island the following morning due to the conditions. Despite reporting these issues to the property at the time, I was refused a refund for the unspent night and felt my concerns were not taken seriously. This is not about luxury. It is about basic cleanliness and appropriate handling of legitimate guest concerns. Travellers who prioritise hygiene and responsive customer service may wish to consider other options."

"A human-sized hotel nestled in the middle of nature. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms. The restaurant is pleasant and very useful since the town of Coron doesn't offer many restaurants that would justify a round-trip trip by tricycle. The owner, who speaks excellent French, is very pleasant and accommodating. All in all, a great place to stay"

"The transportation company sponsored by the resort from airport to resort was BAD - book airport transportation to resort once you land and not with resort sponsored company. There is a Starbucks coffee on property, limited menu. Staff does not make the stay experience more enjoyable. The breakfast is average at best - Somewhat boring and limited selection. No bacon, poor sausage taste, no cheese or sliced meats as an option like so many other resorts/hotels. Coffee is super basic. Main dishes are limited. Resort pool is nothing unique and boring. Pool waitstaff not friendly. The food prices are over priced for how basic the food is. The pool chairs are nice. There are no resort activities, especially for little kids."

"Hotel has good location, good for staying one night before heading to the island resorts in coron. However, the bed sheets are not so clean, with hairs and dirts. I got a lot of flea bites after one night here."

"Excellent European-standard hotel. Spacious room, a pool, and a good, affordable breakfast. It's located high up, which is something to consider. The uphill walk is only 3-5 minutes, but it might be challenging for people with health issues. Luckily, tricycles are always readily available. The airport transfer from the reception desk was quoted at 250 pesos, but after a block, the driver got out and said it would be 300. Everyone wants to "get" the tourist... that's why I'm giving 3 stars for service."
