Corralejo Hotels with Wi-Fi

I rated a 3 because we stayed her last year and gave it a 5. It is a different experience. Clearly the leadership are delivering a different message to the staff. Last year they couldn’t do enough, we were blown away by the unique experience. We were so excited about coming back, but sadly we’ve been disappointed on numerous occasions. It’s just another hotel now. The staff appear gutted, I can only think this is the corporate experience as opposed to the previous boutique experience. It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff, but sadly they are not able to offer that unforgettable experience we had last year. It’s gone from a customer focus experienced to a revenue focused corporation. We felt like we were getting in the way here, that can be uncomfortable I was told that if I wanted to keep the iron for more than an hour I would have to be charged 9 euros….. in a 5 star hotel!! Bizarre.

Currently staying here and flying home on Monday which I am gutted about. Everything about this hotel is perfect, from the food, to the rooms, the service and facilities! We have got a junior suite which is so spacious, clean and modern! I would definitely recommend a visit up to the infinity pool, unreal views and a relaxing environment! My friend has got an allergy which isn’t common and all the restaurant staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate her and she was able to eat in the restaurant all week with no issues. We booked a treatment in the spa which was very well priced and we both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. A great selection of drinks available on the all inclusive too. Great location with a shopping center just around the corner and around 15 mins walk to the center of Corralejo or a short cheap taxi ride. Can’t wait to return again very soon!

Absolutely stunning!!! The property is gorgeous, the rooms are out of this world, the staff and management are the kindest, and it very safe! I throughly enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveller. I would recommend it to solo travellers or couples looking for a calm oasis. The locations is excellent and Ana at the reception is so so helpful and kind. I liked it so much I extended an extra night just to enjoy it for a little longer. Seriously a hidden gem!

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly & efficient. We were there in January so no issues with Sunbeds or queues in restaurant. Had breakfast & dinner in main buffet restaurant, lots of choice. Lunch at poolside bar which was always lovely with helpful staff. Drinks selection is very good & self serve for beer, wine at lunch & dinner in buffet restaurant so no waiting . Good selection of teas , coffees, hot chocolate. We took thermal cups & water bottles which made it great sitting by pool without having to keep getting up. Couple of odd bits such as gym being closed on a Sunday , in the afternoon ¬ opening until 0830 , can only change pool towels x 1 in week. Would have been nice to have a bar space for a quiet drink , the bar is in lobby so no atmosphere. But overall a very reasonably priced hotel with good service, good food & drinks & good staff.

This ‘hotel’ has really gone downhill. We first visited in December 2021 and whilst it was basic it was spotless and there was an actual reception to report issues to if needs be. Now it is just a WhatsApp number. I believe the reception does open but we have no idea of times. This year I am actually disgusted at the state of the apartment, the black mould in the shower is something else, we’ve been here for 3 full days and have not spotted a housekeeper yet! There is a mop & brush on the balcony so I’m assuming housekeeping is a DIY affair? My sister has a larger family than I and is residing in a Bali Suite, it is so ill equipped in terms of basic kitchen items and utensils that she’s had to borrow from my and my mothers apartments as well as buy some items. My mother had this exact suite in 2022 and it was excellent. The WiFi is non existent. We are in room 168, and it is pitch black outside the room at night. My husband is visually impaired and he is struggling to get around. There are lights in the hotel grounds in close proximity to our room, but they are not working/ not turned on. There are so many loose/ missing tiles in the children’s pool, it requires some TLC. We were so looking forward to our visit as we had such an enjoyable one 3 years ago, however we have been severely let down and will not return. My parents are here on their tenth visit and have decided that, sadly, this is their last, I think this speaks volumes. I’m literally giving it 2 points for location.

Ocean Suites - loved this hotel and would definitely return. I’ve compiled a list of pros & cons. Pros Location - near shops, night life, restaurants and beach Lovely and quiet (although we visited in mid January) On arrival, the wristband you are given has a chip in it which doubles as a room key & charge card Food very good. Not a huge selection but all very fresh. Can’t fault it at all Restaurant staff very friendly Entertainment at night varied but saw a great Motown act and 2 dancers. Queen tribute act fantastic Good branded drinks selection on all inclusive Cocktail selection v good and reasonably priced - not much over 8 euros Rooms lovely - Nice toiletries in room. would recommend poolside location. 2 beautiful swimming pools. We were at quiet pool but lots of activities at other pool. Pools are heated but very cold until you are in Pool snack bar - fantastic food. Salmon bagels and poke bowls are amazing Great book swap library in entertainment area. Gym - outside under cover gym with good range of equipment Mamma Mia speciality restaurant - excellent. Steak is huge but really good. Great pizza Leo and entertainment staff excellent. Always smiling and go as far as getting extra seats at entertainment area. Cons Entertainment area - Huge pillars in entertainment area block your view. Seats are incredibly uncomfortable. Bar only opens for an hour while act is in. Not enough seats. Stops sharply after act finished - a disco would have been great. Everyone goes upstairs to the bar but not enough seats. Pool bar - staff unfriendly- totally unlike other hotel staff. Again loads of room but only 5 tables outside so shortage if you want to sit in the sun Hotel is no smoking. One of few smoking areas right next to poolside bar 😫 Only 1 toilet (3 cubicles) - same for gents, which cover restaurant, entertainment and bar area. Not sure how often they are cleaned but they were often very untidy and unpleasant Room cleaning very slow - some days nearly 4pm when you want to get ready Other Info Safe in room is 2 euros/day Towels supplied. We are a couple in our 40’s and just back from a weeks stay. I am giving my honest review On arrival seems nice and clean and located at the top end of the ***** so close to everything. We were given our room and on the map was so far away from everything but thought see when we get there. Our room was 2235 and was a good 10 mins walk from reception and the whole block looked tatty paint falling off the walls and wow the room door was filthy it’s a coat of paint not a major job! Room was just ok don’t be fooled by the delux double it’s far from tbh. I went back to reception and asked to be moved and told was fully booked judging by the empty rooms I saw over the next few days think someone was telling fibs to be honest so just made the best I don’t exaggerate when I saw be careful in the shower 10-15 mins a time to try get the water from freezing to red hot no in between got burned to many times so cold showers were safer. Breakfast was standard but most are to be honest. The evening meal although was not bad was like the m62 in rush hour I stood in a Que for 15 mins to get meat as only cook 6 pieces a time felt sorry for the guy on it he got the brunt but was told management told them can’t cook more than that at any one time so 100 hungry people you can imagine what is like it’s really not big enough I’d hate to be there high season. Can’t fault the staff at all you can see they are trying so hard felt for them. Pool is clean enough and plenty of beds. To sum it up if location is your main priority then it’s spot on but don’t be fooled rooms not delux at all was told all the same and if your in the end block you want your walking boots. We have been to Corralejo 5 times and definitely the bottom of our list of where we stayed it’s not a 4 star at all compared to our experience. We definitely won’t return I’m afraid again not a reflection on the staff but it’s tired needs a good lick of paint and a lot of tlc.

this hotel is the dirtiest place i have ever stayed in my life there is dead rats in the laundry room , cockroaches running around the apartments , the mattresses are filthy and yellow you get bit to peices in the beds ,the staff are rude and threaten with police if you complain , the workers are disgraceful and disrespectful as they walk into rooms without knocking to put in new appliances as they walked in when i was getting changed , the kettles have limescale in and my baby was being sick for days
