After our Golden Wedding celebration 10 years ago at Glyndwr we knew that it would be the perfect place to celebrate our Diamond Wedding with family and friends. The day was perfect with sunny weather and everything went as we wanted it to. The Norris family were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The lunch was delicious, as was the wine and the extension to the room made a big difference. It was a very special day for us, made even more special by your thoughtful suggestions and perfect planning.

What a beautiful place, we went on Saturday for a vineyard tour for a friends birthday & it was wonderful, everything from the vineyard, the staff, the food, it was all amazing. The grounds of the vineyard are spectacular & the lovely weather we had on the day made it more special, myself & the friends in my group would definitely go back, highly recommended.

I spent a lovely afternoon at Glyndwr Vineyard on a guided tour. The vineyard is set in rolling green hills just outside Cowbridge and offers a real dose of tranquility. The tour itself is great value and was very well thought through - the wine and food were both excellent and the passion and knowledge of the exceptionally friendly staff really shone through. Also worth it for the chance to see the friendly lamas up close! I would highly recommend.

Thoghourly enjoyable day at the vineyard, really warm welcome, fascinating introductory talk and tour by thw owner followed by a two course really tasty lunch and the opportunity to snap up thier wines, beer, cider and apple brandy straight after. Recommended. Oldest Welsh Vineyard near Cardiff, Cowbridge, Cardiff Airport and the Fantastic Welsh coastline. PS They've got accommodation too!

Excellent customer service, cuisine and wine!!! Great Welsh hospitality! I’m definitely coming back!!!! I visited as part of a Trafalgar tour “be my guest” experience. I live in a place surrounded by vineyards in the USA but I absolutely love it here and the hospitality was lovely.

I had to come up for an appointment and looked for somewhere to stay to try to make it stress free. When I saw the pic of Glyndwr Vineyard I was sold and happily found it had room for me. I only needed two nights but booked three because it looked so lovely. Booking here was certainly the right choice. What a lovely place. The room was warm, clean with lovely décor. Well equipped and the I had the best nights of sleep I have had in a long time in the very comfortable bed. I had to stay contact free which is really sad as the family are so lovely I would have liked a tour and chance to hear all about the place. Despite being socially distanced they made me feel so welcome and there was a selections of their own wines and beers in the room, always a bonus. I took my dog into the field next to the cottage and met the Llama at a distance but still lovely. I can not recommend this place enough, the accommodation is just perfect. The family are warm and lovely people. I am sad that this time I could not get the full experience with a tour and a Llama trek and a few glasses of wine but I will be back, when I am a little better and up to doing it all. In the mean time I will be buying some of their sparkling wine and some Legless Llamas to take home with me to keep me going till the next time. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with all the extras this place offers then don't hesitate. Such good value for money and such an absolute treat. I feel recharged and can't wait for next time.

Our stay at the vineyard was absolutely outstanding, we had a lovely warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless and a pleasure to stay in, wish we had booked to stay longer. We would highly recommend this accommodation and wine tasting tour the people were so friendly and served a delicious fresh lunch along with some superb wine. We would definitely book again.

I have to honest, wine is not my tipple, but my partner enjoys a nice bottle. I was a bit apprehensive of attending the Tour which was purchased as a gift for us by a family member. The visit turned out to be a fantastic experience and I was shocked at how much we enjoyed. Very relaxed atmosphere, amazing staff, and the history behind Vineyards in Wales was amazing to listen to. The Tour itself was well managed , no rushing around and any questions were answered fully, Fantastic, The Lunch that follwed was also amazing, superb food in a relaxed environment, all needs catered for, with very high professional standards. This family run business is a credit to all involved, I highly recommend that more people visit the Vineyard, and enjoy the experience. Thanks G Edwards/G Hamer
