This hotel is truly fantastic. The staff are absolutely delightful. The moment we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink, sat down and welcomed in a friendly manner. The room was big and spacious with a great view of the ocean. Quickly after arriving the staff brought me some cake to celebrate my birthday, so touching. The breakfast buffet is delicious, every day it changes so you can try different things. I really enjoyed the local iced coffee. Another thing is every day you can have 5 laundry items washed for free. This was a life saver. Nice touch. Location. Absolutely fantastic. Beach directly in front of the hotel, shops , restaurants and bars a plenty. Fantastic. Pool- the pool is a little chaotic. If you go at 6 am you can capture the beautiful view and enjoy a good swim. However slowly more and more people come and as the pool is small it is hard to swim. Also I think staff should be monitoring the children and ensure they stick to the smaller pool. Also there are limited sun beds so you also need to arrive early. However the umbrellas are useless. I got burnt although I hid under the umbrella and used sunscreen. Overall an amazing stay. I would definitely come back again.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to share my experience during a two-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. While the overall ambiance of the resort is pleasant, there are a few areas that I believe require attention to enhance the guest experience. The room facilities appeared outdated, which slightly detracted from the comfort we expected. On the second night, my husband and I experienced skin irritation while sleeping, which we initially thought was due to excessive sun exposure or dry skin. After showering and applying moisturizer, the itching persisted upon returning to bed. This occurred around 3 AM, and to avoid further disturbance, we used bathroom towels as bedding. The next morning, we noticed no further irritation, strongly suggesting an issue with the bed linens or bedding. Additionally, we observed visible stains on the pillows and some marks on the fabric sofa in the room, which added to our concerns about cleanliness. Regarding dining, we visited two of the three breakfast restaurants. In one, we were seated at a fabric sofa that had noticeable stains from spilled food. I informed the waiter about the unhygienic condition, but with the restaurant being busy and limited seating available, I requested an extra napkin to place under me as a temporary solution. This experience was disappointing, as cleanliness in dining areas is crucial for guest comfort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we believe addressing these issues—particularly the cleanliness of bedding and furniture—would greatly improve the guest experience. Apart from the mediocre breakfast spread, I really can’t find any fault with the hotel. The private beach stretches long and is absolutely beautiful and clean, the waves are gentle and the waters so clear. There were life guards on duty until sundown as well. The swimming pool did not disappoint, it was large with a beautiful design to make it interesting, with enough lounge chairs available. Rooms are spacious and clean, typical of CP hotels we’ve stayed in other places before. Check-in and out was rather straightforward with no surprises. There were no porter to help us on our arrival, but then again it was a busy afternoon at the lobby but on our departure day we had help. Overall a very good experience!

Marriott Danang hotel is an excellent place to chill out with the multiple pools. nice ocean view and on-the-beach rooms. we stayed in those for 5 nights and have great memories of the stay. Good: They have thought of everything at the resort, small details like beach slippers, bean bags, easy access to the beach, hammocks and swings. The bar - a great place facing the ocean with a nice selection of food and drinks. We had one lunch there shooting the breeze with a chilled corona and some finger food including a pizza that was hot and cheesy. Breakfast is a one big spread . You will be spoilt for choice and that includes ice creams as well to top it off Staff: very courteous, especially the front office and the the one at the Goji restaurant. They did a great job of making a small decoration in the room for a birthday. They really take care of you! What can be improved The resort is old, but maintained very well. Can use some watersports and beach activities. No convenience stores or some restaurants near the hotel. its not a marriott issue though- you need to take a cab everytime you need to step out Food choices at the restaurant can be enhanced. but on the other hand you can always order online food and the hotel does support that.

Amazing Stay at M Hotel Da Nang! 🌴✨ Had a fantastic experience at M Hotel! The beach view 🏖️ from our room was stunning, and everything we needed was just a short walk away 🚶♂️. The hotel is beautiful, super clean 🧼, and has a unique charm that makes it special 🌟. The staff were so friendly and helpful 😊, and the spa services were perfect – clean, professional, and incredibly relaxing 💆♂️. Highly recommend this gem in Da Nang – can’t wait to come back! ❤️🇻🇳

Service was impeccable! We were celebrating something and we were delightfully greeted in our rooms with decors. The bathtub is the best I've ever soak in, so relaxing I dozed off. This never happened before! The pool was absolutely gorgeous! And the grandson enjoyed the playroom too! Food and service, top notch. Table88's Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi was the best Banh Mi for me. Overall it was a wonderful experience and would love to be back there soon.

On this trip to Vietnam, we chose Premier Village DaNang resort for our five-day-four-night stay. This resort is very large and clean. The vacation villa I selected has two floors with a private pool and direct access to the beach, so in the morning, I can go straight to the beach to watch the sunrise, which is very convenient. The staff here are also very enthusiastic, helpful, and can communicate in English without any problems. They are also very enthusiastic about introducing local cuisine to us. Because the place is so big, we have to use a Buggy car every time we go in and out. Their attentiveness and politeness are very heartwarming! I'm really happy that we chose this resort this time, and if I have the chance, I will come again. Thank you for providing me with a wonderful journey. Awesome!!

It was fantastic! We felt so welcomed at the resort and had a great 8 days! The park-like area is great and the villas are well integrated into the nature. Even though it’s villa next to villa you still have a feeling of privacy. Everything is clean and well maintained. The beach is great and it’s only knee-deep for at least 50 meters so it’s great with children. Food and different buffets are superb, starting with the breakfast with a huge selection and also the special buffet options and the restaurant at the beach. The kids loved all the children activities offered for free and were thrilled to collect stamps for each initiative which they could trade for little gifts. All the staff are so friendly and give you a great feeling of being welcome. We would absolutely recommend it and had such a great time!

Room was clean and bright.  Cleaning staff does a great job.  Strong A/C. Beds and pillows are comfortable.  Great pool and poolside service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good variety and was delicious.  Will be my go-to hotel in Da Nang.

Melia definitely gives you value for money. The staff definitely made every interaction personable and they catered to our every need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking luxury at an affordable rate.
