One of the higher end hotels but it is worth it since you save the 950,000VND cable car cost if you really want to explore bana hill! Recommend to stay at least 1 night as you wont be able to explore the whole of bana hill if you do a day trip as you encounter a massive wave of tourists. You pay a discounted rate of 650,000 VND and you get to take unlimited cable car rides and enjoy all the attractions up there for free. So it kind of covers the high cost of the hotel. For the room it was nice and comfortable and came with an international breakfast buffet. Overall a nice experience.

The location is definitely a must for families with kids as the facilities made available are rather attractive (with abundance of photo shooting hotspot) and fun for family bonding. Despite the long walking distance going around the places, the weather @ hilltop is rather cozy that help sustain our energy and replenish rapidly in no time. We had been well briefed & accommodated over the places around as part of the hotel service despite the peak season. Breakfast had been well served as well.

The weather was lovely during our stay, which made the whole experience even better. The hotel is nicely designed and located in a very unique and scenic area — a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

We booked a king-size bed but were given twin beds instead, which was a bit disappointing.

However, the breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good memories — would definitely recommend for the location and atmosphere.

The hotel has many towers , quite confusing. The hotel staff gave the wrong information about closing time of the restaurants outside the hotel and try to tell us to booked the hotel’s buffet. The staff who clean the room didn’t careful about putting the amenities on the wet tray, make it wet. However, if you want to stay on the Bana hill you have only one choice which is this hotel.
Ps. i feel that the water is taste different from the water in the city.
