The service at this hotel was quite disappointing. The staff were noticeably less friendly compared to my previous stay at Crowne Plaza Da Nang. The facilities are old, and the amenities provided are of poor quality — even the toothbrush felt very thin and cheap. The hot water supply was unstable, and the water pressure was very low. Overall, I was disappointed with this stay and will not be returning.

Great value for money! There are plenty of food, drinks, and massage options downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Everything was wonderful, and I'll definitely stay here again. The only downside was the New Year's Eve buffet dinner; there wasn't much food and not many activities.

Excellent! I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance. There was a minor issue due to my flight, but the staff quickly helped resolve it and even upgraded us to a premium room. They also upgraded our breakfast to the Premier level and gave us a small drink before we left. They were incredibly polite; several staff members apologized repeatedly, even though it really wasn't a big deal at all – I actually started to feel a bit embarrassed by their kindness. A fantastic hotel! Thank you for the friendly reception!

Staff are friendly and able to speak English. Hotel rooms are clean and bright. We had the sea view facing rooms. There are also a lot of massage parlours and convenience stores around the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Overall, we had a good stay at Sala Beach Hotel Danang.
