Coming from Singapore, the cool weather was superb. Facade of hotel brings you to Europe. All rooms are located in villa-like houses set in a beautiful garden. Service was 6-star. A particular staff at breakfast (Lucas) has to be commended for his attentiveness and helpfulness in providing information on where to visit and eat throughout our stay with them. Dinner at their only restaurant was wonderful, not too expensive and, again we enjoyed their warm service. The grilled lobster and fish were delicious and fresh (surprisingly).
We took Grab taxis everywhere (which was very affordable) to all places of interest as the hotel does not have much amenities within walking distance.
The hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset.
The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness.
However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones.
Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.
This is a budget hotel located in an alley. It is not easy to find, but the location is good. There is no Chinese-speaking front desk, but the front desk staff are very enthusiastic and responsible for communication. There are motorcycles for rent, 12w dong a day. Although I only used it for a few hours a day, I was charged for a day and a half. Fortunately, the rental price was not high. It is convenient to eat nearby, and you can just drive a motorcycle to visit scenic spots.
The atmosphere is pretty~ But the room right next to the road was noisy so I changed rooms.
Ants are often seen, so food management is a must! I was very impressed that the staff helped me for 2 hours because I had trouble reserving the sleeping bus♡
The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Linh was really helpful and able to speak good English. We requested for extra pillows and Linh immediately send it up to our room. The balcony view was amazing, overlooking the city on one side and forest on the other side.
The area is rather quiet but we have no problem getting in and out by Grab. However the road leading towards hotel is probably under construction. There is a cute cafe named deer in the forest & dessert shop named NA & cakes that serves very affordable yet delicious cakes.
I would definitely come back again and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family
This is a hotel in Dalat with a friendly host and beautiful view. Very clean and the host is considerate to make us stay well. The room quality is excellent and I am happy just to look good at the design. Breakfast can also be selected from sandwiches and rice noodles, both of which taste like homemade. The location is 10 minutes away from downtown Dalat and Grab, so it was nice because there was no hill. Because it's a beautiful decoration and a good dormitory, I want to use it again when I come to Dalat I hope many people will use it to make good memories

GGuest UserThere was no restaurant to eat around, and I think there are many decent hotels near Suenhuong Lake-Night Market. Room cleaning is a bit? Breakfast is good to eat with a ruin. It's too far from the things to see, such as Crazy House, and it's not walking distance. One of the hotel staff asked me not understand during the tour explanation, so I was really unlucky to show a cheapness that was very annoying about what I didn't understand nervously. If you just get it, look elsewhere.
