This was our first family trip staying at a guesthouse, and it was a great experience. The host was very welcoming, offered us fruits and afternoon tea, and even helped us with our luggage. The room facilities were also quite good. We could see Cangshan Mountain from our window and the Three Pagodas from the restaurant. The courtyard was exquisitely designed. The breakfast was also very satisfying.

The service was impeccable. Staff helped with luggage both upon arrival and departure, and were very welcoming. The breakfast, for a guesthouse, was quite generous, and the afternoon tea was also delicious. The only minor drawback was a thumb-sized spider in the room; it was pretty big, and when I stepped on it with a disposable slipper, I could feel its distinct bulge. My wife has mild mysophobia, and she was quite startled.

Excellent location, right next to the First Pagoda and Three Pagodas, facing Erhai Lake and backed by Cangshan Mountain. The ancient city is right outside the door.

Not bad. It's located high up, backed by Cangshan Mountain, offering views of blue skies and white clouds. A short walk downhill and across the street leads directly to the entrance of Honglongjing, the ancient city.

The owner provided excellent service, and all the staff were great too. They helped us with our luggage, and the breakfast rice noodles were delicious. The room was exceptionally large and clean. Our family had a very happy and comfortable stay; we slept well and had a fun time. The environment was beautiful.

The room's view was absolutely perfect, with large windows on all four sides. The room facilities were excellent. We had an early train to catch the next day, and the hotel prepared breakfast for us to take on the go. What stood out particularly was that the hotel arranged transportation for us to the train station.

Overall, it was just okay, and the breakfast was mediocre for the price. The room size was moderate, not as good as I expected. The location is a plus though, right by the old town, about a 7-8 minute walk away.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain with good parking. The view is fantastic, offering sights of Erhai Lake and sunrise. The room is spacious and excellent, with unique decor. The service is exceptional, with staff assisting with luggage throughout our stay. Breakfast is also good.

A very pleasant guesthouse. The location is very convenient, just outside the South Gate of the ancient city. Although there's an uphill walk, taxis can generally go directly to the guesthouse entrance, unlike inside the ancient city. The staff were also very enthusiastic in recommending tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious.

The room offers a stunning view of Erhai Lake, which is beautiful whether it's a clear day with blue skies and white clouds or the city lights at night. The hotel also has a laundry room and a sky mirror for photos on the top floor, which is absolutely gorgeous.

This guesthouse is located near Dali Ancient City, within walking distance to both the West and South Gates. The entire property has a strong Bai ethnic architectural style. The service is warm and attentive, definitely recommended.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the service was absolutely fantastic. The bedding was so comfortable – I highly recommend it, 5 out of 5 stars, and I'll definitely be back!

Booked this place for a stopover during our road trip, and it totally exceeded my expectations – definitely have to give it a good review! I messaged the owner beforehand about parking, and they had a dedicated spot ready for me when I arrived. No need to drive around looking for a space, which was such a relief. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was. Even the corners of the bathroom and the crevices of the nightstands were spotless. The bedding had a faint scent of sunshine, and I slept incredibly soundly for both nights. The room had everything I needed: stable Wi-Fi, plenty of charging outlets, and a quiet air conditioner. There's a convenience store and restaurants just a few steps downstairs, and it felt very safe walking around at night. The staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. They even thoughtfully reminded me about the road conditions nearby when I checked out. For the price, this place is a fantastic find. It's perfect for both short stays and longer trips, and I've already recommended it to friends who are traveling.

Relatively close to Dali Ancient City despite located uphill. 10-15min walk. The host is super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Great view of Dali from roof top. Good shower, have parking space at garage.
