The staff at the hotel were wonderful and helped us even through translation apps and WeChat. Very friendly and helpful! The room was unfortunately much more dated and older than the pictures showed which was a little disappointing. There was free laundry and soap which was great!

This hotel in Dali has spectacular views for the Lake. We can see the view in the hotel everyday. About 7 am we can see the sunrise. It is so beautiful! We can use Didi to go many places with reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and nice. There is a laundry room the top floor.. The staff gave us the detergent. Also, the many restaurants and convenient stores are around this hotel. We will come back to stay this hotel again in 大理。

The room I booked did not face the Erhai Lake. The room was spacious overall. There was a public lounge area on the top floor, facing the Erhai Lake, where you could enjoy the sunrise/sunset view. The laundry room was also on the top floor, where you could wash and dry clothes or dry them naturally.
