The hotel's location is superb, tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, directly facing Erhai Lake with truly breathtaking, exclusive views. With summer drawing to a close, I thought it would be nice to take my girlfriend on an off-peak trip to Dali. I came across Yueyun Yage on Ctrip, and after seeing it looked quite good, I decided to book it. Upon entering, we were immediately struck by its upscale and elegant atmosphere. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and spotless, offering stunning views of Erhai Lake right from our bed. A delicious, generous breakfast was also served each morning. What truly stood out were the Yueyun Terrace on the fifth floor and the top-floor lounge. Accustomed to staying in guesthouses, this time we took the kids to experience a five-star high-rise sea-view hotel in Dali. I have to say, the service and quality of a star hotel are truly worth it. They also have a complimentary play area for children, and the welcome fruit, afternoon tea, and goodnight desserts were all delightful touches. Breakfast was incredibly varied and generous, making our trip with the little one surprisingly easy and stress-free. The hotel is very conveniently located. Being a high-rise hotel, you can enjoy the stunning sunrise over Erhai Lake right from your bed. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon check-in, we received welcome fruits and a complimentary sweet soup for the evening. The hotel is quite spacious, and the dining at its restaurant was also very reasonably priced. Since I love Dali, I make it a point to visit and stay for a bit whenever I can. I usually opt for B&Bs when traveling with family, but this trip was just my sister and me, and we spontaneously booked this hotel. I was thoroughly impressed and have to sing its praises. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views were lovely. The restaurant, in particular, stood out with its extensive variety of dishes. I was especially pleased that I could customize my own healthy/low-calorie meals, which was a huge bonus. Location is excellent for airport. Building itself is converted from residential building. Room layout is hence weird. View is superb except for the unnecessary exterior lighting all night, shinning through the room. Lifts are extremely crowded during peak hours, expect 10mins waiting time. No comment on service as everyone is already super busy with all the tours. Food is ok. Avoid if you prefer a peaceful nice hotel experience. Otherwise, can stay for logistics reasons, free parking.

Had a pleasant stay. The location is in between the two old town (dali & shuang lang). It's less commercial thus ver quiet but need to travel a bit to the old towns. My client manager 杨梅 is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is also very good.

The hotel rooms are spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the service is excellent. The five-star front desk staff, Xiao Shu, is very professional and helpful. We added her on WeChat and provided prompt feedback whenever needed. Yubaicai Wetland Park is just across the street from the hotel. Cons: 1. Poor Wi-Fi and data coverage. 2. I booked a 270-degree ocean view room, but one side faced a residential building, and most of that side was occupied by a TV. The room amenities were average, and there was no computer desk. 3. The hotel's exterior looked like it had been converted from a residential building. 4. Due to the large number of guests, there were not enough elevators, and waits were long. 5. The robot that delivered my belongings was broken during my stay, and if it was too crowded, I would have to wait in line for 40 minutes, and then take the elevator downstairs to get my belongings. 6.
