Borman Hotel (Shaoguan Bainian East Street Fengcai Building) Reviews

I am a foreign traveller from Singapore. On my day of arrival on 29 December, i was greeted friendly by the front desk named Mr 小戴. He gave me a free room upgrade and answered to all my queries patiently and politely. On the second night, i seeked some help from the front desk Miss 小胡 and she too was really friendly and courteous. Thumbs up to those two people. The room was clean, and all amenities were functioning properly except that the shower drain may be a bit clog and water may flow out when turning on full tap for shower. The location is very close to Shaoguan railway station, just 15 minutes walk over the bridge. There are also many eateries nearby with a shopping mall just opposite of the main road. The breakfast was sumptuous with decent amount of chinese choices in buffet style. Some oranges are available and soy drink and tea for drink. I will definitely consider coming to this hotel again if i visit Shaoguan in the future.

This is my first time here after the renovation. There are still plenty of parking spaces. It’s my first time staying in a corner room. It’s like a suite. It’s great. The view is also good. But the toilet is a little closer to the bed. There’s a new laundry room and breakfast is included. Perfect! !

The guest room that was upgraded for free is an intelligent Tmall Genie controlled room that controls curtains and lighting facilities. The room is quite large, with complete and comfortable facilities. It often rains in Guangxi. The weather forecast for tomorrow is not bad. If it doesn't rain tomorrow, go to Qingxiu Mountain to have a look.

Opposite the hotel is Fengdu City, a little further ahead is Fengdu Pedestrian Street, and further along the pedestrian street is Centennial East Street. There is a parking lot downstairs of the hotel. The service attitude of Xiao Chen at the front desk is very good, and I will stay here again next time.

The hotel has a good location, convenient parking, and is close to Fengcai Building and Centenary East Street. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The sink and bathroom are separated. It is very suitable for families and children. The price-performance ratio is very high.

The hotel is good, beautiful, has spare blankets to use, but is very dirty, the floor has hair, but the front desk staff are good, quick, polite, and cute.

This time I stayed at the Borman Hotel. Overall, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, the washbasin and shower room in the bathroom were wide enough, the decoration was very new and clean, and the pillows were comfortable to sleep on. However, the curtains in the room were not fully sealed, and there was a gap in the middle that let light in. The light was very dazzling at around 6 o'clock every morning, and I couldn't sleep well. In addition, the front desk customer service was not enthusiastic enough, did not greet me actively, and did not smile much. The service felt a little worse. It was close to the pedestrian street and opposite was a large shopping mall. It was very convenient for eating and shopping. I will stay at the Borman Hotel when I go to Shaoguan in the future

Very satisfied. Although it is in a busy city, the windows in the room are double-layered and soundproof. There are no messy cards or the like. The front desk lady who met me was very professional, gentle and considerate.

The front desk needs further training to book a room with breakfast, but if you don't ask, you will never take the initiative to mention breakfast. You won't give a breakfast ticket until the guest asks and asks the guest to show the order. Very uncomfortable.

Very good. The lady at the front desk upgraded me to an executive suite for free and gave me three breakfasts. The tea restaurant on the second floor was great.
