Very poor air conditioning. The room temperature did non go below 26 Celsius and it is critical when you sleep on a second floor. Sadly, staff could not do anything about it. Also they could not speak English, but there was a person on the front desk, who used translator.
The loft rooms are very different. We've got to take a look at four of them (trying to find one with colder air). Two were pretty good and cozy, two were just okay.
The gym is not really a gym - a big place to improve.
The free laundry is great.
Breakfast is better than you expect for this kind of hotel.
The mini-fridge in the room barely worked.
Overall it's a good stay for money, because you get quite spacious loft, but there are minor sides - be ready for them.

The good: great location, next door to two malls, lots of good food options nearby, free laundry and dryer on-site, and there's also a small gym
The bad:
Security: there are two sets of elevators, only one set of elevators require keycard to access the hotel floors, the other set of elevators do NOT require keycard, a rando on the street can walk in and access the hotel floors anytime of the day
Smoking: despite the no smoking signs inside the hotel room, the hotel is full of cigarette smell, even the hotel staff smoke on the hotel lobby floor (the night staff does anyways)
Shower: bathroom and shower is separated from the rest of the room by frosted glass, so if you are traveling with friends and/or family, they will see the silhouette of your body when you are showering, and I mean they will see everything, so do not stay here if you are traveling with family and friends

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to get around, and everything just went really smoothly. Would totally stay here again!
