The last day I stayed at 11/8/24, the hotel had no water supply whole day , the front desk manager said will refund the last day I paid, but I have not received any up to now

There’s a bar on first floor where you can order decent food  if you don’t want to go out. The bartender is very friendly and nice.

Service is great, friendly and attentive staff and fast wifi, room is in good size but dated.

Great hotel, we only stayed for 1 night prior to our cruise sailing. The hotel was clean and the bed was very confortable. Would stay here again.

I need a bank card with my name for the deposit but I live in China , China has not bank cards with the names on it , so it was horrible cause I was so tired and I need to receive my room as soon as possible

Stayed one night before boarding cruise ship. It is bit outdated, an ok hotel.

Good location.

Hotel is very close to airport and they provide free shuttle to and from Ft Lauderdale airport. Food in the hotel is nice, not a big menu but enough to pick!! Room cleaning is on request base…. Many tourists for cruise so sometimes you hear people in and out in the middle of the night.

This was a great place to stay and leave your car while away. Shuttle service was great to and from the airport. To our surprise the small bar and restaurant area was perfect for a good cocktail and meal. Will definitely stay again!

Amazingly stay, friendly staff

Four Points provides free water and snacks, and the burgers in the bar are also delicious. The room is very clean, but there is no desk for work. There is a free airport shuttle bus, which is very convenient.
